Mrs. Denhart was born in Boone County, in Fayette, Indiana on August 23, 1921, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Margaret (Shirley) Nunnally.
Mrs. Denhart spent most of her life in Boone County where she attended Boone County and Zionsville schools.
For fifty years she was married to Ralph Earl Kouns who died in January 1992. They were married in Boone County in 1941. She was married in Fayette, Indiana in November 1999 to Jack C. Denhart who survives.
She was employed in several positions at Dow Chemical near Zionsville where she retired in 1982. She worked on perfecting the polio vaccine at Pitman-Moore and as Dow Chemical acquired the facility, she moved into the accounts receivable department.
Mrs. Denhart enjoyed her family, home, sewing, and traveling.
Memberships: She was a member of the Rosston Christian Church and attended the Elizaville Christian Church at Elizaville

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at the Elizaville Christian Church in Elizaville, Indiana.
Visitation is planned for Sunday, May 4, 2008, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the church.
Interment will follow at the Rosston Cemetery in Boone County, Indiana.

MR. JOHN F. DENNEY
NAME: Mr. John Franklin Denney Age: 84 Widowed

Mr. Denney was born in Boone County, Indiana on February 7, 1919. He was the son of the late John Franklin and Ruby B. (Leonard) Denney.
He was married in Advance, Indiana in 1945 to Erma Mae (Polk) Denney and they divorced. He was married to Roberta Jean (Copeland) Chambers Denney on August 13, 1966, in Zionsville, Indiana. She died on October 10, 1998.
He was a life-resident of Boone County. He graduated from Advance High School in 1938. He worked briefly prior to the period he spent in the U. S. Navy (1942 to 1945) during WWII. He served as a First Class Machinist’s Mate in the 7th Battalion of the Seabees. After returning from the service was active for a period in the Navy Reserve.
Mr. Denney served as a Lebanon Police Officer from 1945 to 1947. He then worked as the chief deputy sheriff in Boone County from 1947 to 1974 when he retired. He served under Sheriffs Buck Robinson, Wilbur Slagle, Jim McConnaha, and Wilbur Allen. He also served as Deputy Town Marshall in Zionsville, Indiana from 1959 to 1962. In addition to his work as a policeman, he worked as an electrician for Smith Electric in Lebanon 1974-1986 and also for Wayne Adams in the alarm business. He purchased the alarm business and operated as
A & D Alarm Company and continued to service commercial and residential accounts until he sold the business in 1995.
He enjoyed fishing, spending winters in Florida, and spending time with friends and family. Since 1971, he spent a couple of weeks each year at the Cozzy Grove Camp Ground near Orlando, Florida.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon with police honors at the grave.

Howard Francis Dickerson

Mr. Dickerson was born east of Lebanon, Indiana on July 13, 1919. He was the son of the late Russell Francis and Bessie Edith (Cook) Dickerson.
He was married on July 26, 1941, in Advance, Indiana, to Lois Kathleen (Souders) Dickerson. Mrs. Dickerson survives.
He was a life resident of Boone County with the exception of the 1980 - 1987 spent in Rockville, Indiana and 1987-1990 spent in Punta Gorda, Florida.
He served in the United States Army during World War II from May 1942 thru October 1945.
He was an employee of the Hicks Body Company in Lebanon and then worked as a body repairman for Shelby Chevrolet for a number of years. For a period he worked at Delpark and Commercial Filters Corporation. For several years he worked trimming new residential construction for Clifford Builders until he retired in 1975.
Mr. Dickerson was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed his family, genealogy, and stamp collecting.

Interment will follow military rites at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.

Mr. Dickerson was born in Lebanon, Indiana on May 5, 1927. He was the son of the late John Dickerson and Susie L. (Miller) Dickerson.
He was raised and educated in Lebanon, Indiana and attended Lebanon High School until he joined the Navy. He served for three years in the U. S. Navy during WWII. After returning from the service he resided in Indianapolis, Indiana.
For twenty-seven years, Mr. Dickerson was an employee of the Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis, Indiana. He retired in 1979.
He enjoyed listening to music.

Linda Kaye Fisher Dickerson
Mrs. Dickerson was born in Lebanon, Indiana on December 25, 1943, the daughter of Ralph Earl and Norma Lee (Potts) Fisher. She was reared and educated in Hamilton Heights, Ohio where she graduated from high school in 1962. She moved to Indiana and completed nurses training at the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing.
She was married on October 23, 1964, in Camby, Indiana, to the Chester Raymond “Bill” Dickerson. Mr. Dickerson survives.
Mrs. Dickerson was a Registered Nurse and was employed in Lebanon for twenty years in the offices of Dr. Dallas Coate and Dr. Ben Park. She then worked as a nurse in the office Dr. Thomas Gross in Danville for thirteen years until unable to work due to her health.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and antiquing.

Stanley W. Dickey

Mr. Dickey was born on December 13, 1947, in Lebanon, Indiana, and was a son of the late Clarence Stanley and Hazel J. (Simpson) Dickey.
He was never married. He spent most of his life as a resident of Lebanon.
He worked at the Sheltered Workshop in Lebanon 1964-1989. He then lived at the Bradford House Group Home in Rockville and worked at C.A.R.S. until 2001. The past two years he had been a resident at the Heritage House in Clinton.
He enjoyed bowling, was an avid basketball fan and Chicago Cubs fan.
