Barbara J. Gordon
GALVESTON - Services for Barbara J. Gordon, 54, Walton, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Murray-Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston.
She died at 4:43 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, in Howard Regional Health System, Kokomo.
Born Dec. 8, 1954, in Huntington, she was the daughter of Robert E. and Virginia K. Nation Lemons.
She worked for Subway in Logansport for seven years. She attended Main Street United Methodist Church in Logansport.
She enjoyed her family; they were very important to her, and she liked to play Yahtzee.
Surviving are son, T.J. Gordon, Walton; daughter, Jessica Gordon, Logansport; her mother, Virginia Lemons, Walton; brothers, Robert Lemons Jr. and Bill Lemons, both of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and sisters, Janet Osborn, Logansport, and Kathy Lemons, Walton.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Tom Lemons.
Burial will be in Walton IOOF Cemetery in Walton.
Friends may call from noon until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Marjorie A. Way
Graveside services for Marjorie A. Way, 77, Logansport, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Ever-Rest Memorial Park Chapel.
She passed away at 1:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, in Chase Center.
Born Aug. 26, 1931, in Flora, she was the daughter of Wilbur and Vera Largen Yeater. She was married Feb. 28, 1954, in Logansport, to Carl E. Way, who survives.
Marjorie was a 1949 graduate of Washington Township High School. She helped establish and was active in the Cass County Crippled Children Association. She also had been active in the Cass County Easter Seals for 10 years. Marjorie drove her daughter, who had polio, to Lewis Cass school for classes and, after graduation, to Grissom Air Base to work for 20 years.
Marjorie enjoyed reading paperback books and doing puzzles.
Surviving are three sisters, Rena Woolever, Florida, Martha (Norman) Cory, Kokomo, and Charlotte (Gary) Bowen, Logansport; sister-in-law, Julie Yeater, Indianapolis; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Janine Way, and two brothers, Charles Yeater and David Yeater.
The Rev. Martha Cory will officiate.
Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the cemetery chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 1900 Richmond Road, Lexington KY 40502.

Everett C. Hampton
Services for Everett C. Hampton, 94, Logansport, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel.
He died at 5:10 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born June 14, 1913, in Plymouth, he was the son of Harry and Nettie Crawford Hampton.
Mr. Hampton was a retired linotype operator.
Surviving are daughter, Jean Swisher, Logansport; son, Edward “Bud” Hampton and his wife, Nikki, Fall City, Ore.; six grandchildren, Patti Steinberger and Michael Swisher, both of Logansport, Mark Swisher, Rockford, Ill., and Jay Hampton, Jeff Hampton and Josh Hampton, all of California; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
One grandson and three brothers preceded in death.
The Rev. Scott Ellison will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the cemetery chapel.

John Henry Hayes
FLORA - Services for John Henry Hayes, 64, Bringhurst, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Baker Funeral Home.
He died at 4:47 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Born Nov. 3, 1943, in Monroe Township, Carroll County, he was the son of Elmer H. and Marie Eller Hayes. He was married June 21, 2007, in Delphi, to Ruby L. Hayes, who survives.
A 1960 graduate of Flora High School, John worked as an attendant at Ayres Oil Company in Flora for 27 years.
He was a member of Bringhurst United Methodist Church and enjoyed camping.
Also surviving are one son, Mark A. Hayes and wife, Pamela, Flora; three brothers, Joseph G. Hayes and wife, Susan, Logansport, Jeffrey M. Hayes and wife, Sandy, and Jack L. Hayes and wife, Mary, all of Flora; and three grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily-Anne and Samuel Flora.
Pastor Larry DeVos will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Gregory Wayne Dulhanty
WINAMAC - Memorial Services for Gregory Wayne Dulhanty, 53, Crown Point, formerly of Winamac, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Bethel Bible Church, 6968 W. Ind. 14, Winamac.
He passed away at 8:25 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer at the Riley House in Munster.
Born Dec. 5, 1955, in Lebanon, he was the son of Paul and Marcia Moser Dulhanty.
Greg was a 1974 graduate of Winamac High School, where he competed in football, basketball and track and field. He was also a 1979 graduate of Indiana University.
He was a clothing and apparel sales representative for over 30 years and continued his love of sports after high school as an avid golfer.
Survivors include his mother, Marcia E. Dulhanty, Winamac; three sisters, Paula L. Hill and husband, Craig, Mishawaka, Lynda K. Griffith, Scarborough, Maine, and Beth A. Gordon, Grove City, Pa.; nine nephews; and two nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Dulhanty.
Pastors Scott Tiede and Don Norrick will officiate the services. Burial will be in McKinley Memorial Gardens in Winamac.
Friends may call from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church in Winamac.

She died at 4 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2007, in her residence.
Pastor Robert Adelsperger will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Peru.

He was stillborn at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, in Pulaski Memorial Hospital.

Wanda L. Enyart
Services for Wanda L. Enyart, 79, Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Kroeger Funeral Home.
She died at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, in Miller’s Merry Manor.
Born Dec. 30, 1927, in Logansport, she was the daughter of August and Pearl Walters Koske. She was married Feb. 14, 1952, in Logansport, to Warren C. Enyart, who survives.
Mrs. Enyart was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church. She also was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3790 Ladies Auxiliary.
She loved doll houses and miniatures and enjoyed spending time at Bruce Lake, especially on the pontoon boat. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are one son, David Enyart and his wife, Kimber, Rochester; one daughter, Rebecca Hassett and her husband, Jerry, Logansport; one brother, Eugene Koske, Royal Center; seven grandchildren, Hillary Enyart, Zak Enyart, Laine Lehmann, Danah Collins, Ted Hampton, Matt Hampton and Chris Hampton; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharyon Boswell, and one brother, Herbert Koske.
The Rev. Larry Zehring will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and one hour before services Saturday in the funeral home. A VFW Auxiliary service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.

Bobby Gene Spencer
Services for Bobby Gene Spencer, 71, Burnettsville, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
He died at 3:05 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, in his son’s residence in Logansport.
Born Aug. 5, 1937, in Clay City, Ky., he was the son of Charles C. and Bunah Rogers Spencer. He was married Oct. 19, 1957, in Waynesville, Mo., to Edna Knight, who survives.
He retired as an asphalt plant engineer for E&B Paving.
Mr. Spencer was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Operator Engineers Union Local 103. He loved auctions, junk and mules, and most of all he loved his children and grandchildren.
Also surviving are sons, Mike Spencer and wife, Sherry, and Kelly Spencer and wife, Teresa, all of Logansport; daughters, Toni Seward and husband, Don, Logansport, Tammy Primmer, New Waverly, Texas, and Bobbi Calloway and husband, Kevin, Logansport; sisters, Marilyn Melroy, Shirley Pickens, Gloria Austin and Charlene Turner and husband, John, all of Logansport; grandchildren, Kelly Caye Shively and husband, Nate, Shane Michael, Kayla McFarland, Jonathan Spencer, Stephanie Spencer, Steven Seward, Mikel Seward, Matt Calloway, Malinda Calloway, Blake Calloway and Kaliegh Calloway, all of Logansport; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Megan Seward, and one brother, Dickson Spencer.
Mike Spencer and Kelly Spencer will officiate. Burial, with full military graveside rites, will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.

Erma J. DePoy
Services for Erma J. DePoy, 81, Logansport, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
She died at 6:37 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, in Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan. 22, 1926, in White County, she was the daughter of David Willis and Anna S. Skelton Roller. She was married to Ernest D. DePoy, who preceded in death April 20, 1989.
Erma was a homemaker.
Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Stotts and husband, Wendell, Sharpsville, and Janet Ball, Logansport; two sons, Mark DePoy and wife, Renee, Salado, Texas, and Howard Dean Depoy and wife, Alice, Belton, Texas; brother, James Roller and wife, Rosa, Logansport; sisters, Barbara Vester, Westfield, Carol Drummond and husband, Jerry, Eleanor Kay Rush, and Linda Gable and husband, Bob, all of Logansport; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Two daughters, one grandchild, two brothers, and one sister, preceded in death.
The Rev. William Art Maloney will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery, Logansport.

Dorothy M. Tuttle
GALVESTON - Services for Dorothy M. Tuttle, 85, Galveston, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Murray-Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston.
She died at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, in St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo.
Born Feb. 16, 1923, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of William and Gladys Binkley Smith. She was married Feb. 1, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio, to Rex S. Tuttle, who preceded in death April 17, 1982.
She was a homemaker and worked for the Galveston Variety Store in Galveston for many years.
She enjoyed crochet, crossword puzzles and crafts. Her family was the most important part of her life. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are children, Richard and Cindy Tuttle, Walton, David and Sally Tuttle, Kokomo, Cathy and Chris Huston, Kokomo, Terry and Marlene Tuttle, Greentown, Bruce and Karen Tuttle, Carmel, and Shirley and Alan Mizen, Zionsville; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Patty; granddaughter, Desiree; one brother; and two sisters.
The Rev. Warren Purcell will officiate. Burial will be in Galveston Cemetery, Galveston.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
