M. Eleanor Clark
M. Eleanor Clark, 90, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2012 in Hospice Care at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born in 1921 to Alva and Leona Elmore, in Benton County, IN and was the eldest daughter of their six children. She graduated from Boswell High School and then attended Indiana Central Beauty School, graduating in 1945. In 1946 she moved to Noblesville and married Jack Clark. He preceded her in death in 1997.
Eleanor worked as a beautician for several years, operating her shop located in her home, until she began working as a teller at Wainwright Bank and Trust Company (now Huntington Bank). After many years, she retired from Wainwright Bank and began working for Metro Bank. Over her many banking years, she developed many lasting friendships. She had attended First Christian Church and was a member of the Eagles and Moose Lodges. She and Jack had been very active over the years in American Legion Post 45, he having been a Past-Commander, and she as a Past-President of the Auxiliary.
She is survived by her children, Dr. C. Thomas (Amy) Clark of Athens, OH, Tim (Joanie) Clark of Noblesville, Tammy (David) Baitz of Arcadia; sister, Darla (John) Cunningham of Grass Creek, IN; brother, Ray (Joyce) Elmore of Sabina, OH; brother-in-law, Loren Davison of Boswell; grandchildren, Tom Clark, Carrie (Andy) Wehner, Leslie (Chris) Robinson, Andrew Baitz, Casey Clark, Cody Clark, Kyle Clark, Kelsey Clark, Kinsey Clark, Grace Barnett & Agatha Barnett; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and close family friend, Kathy Richardson.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Thomas H. Elmore (who was killed in WWII), Lester Elmore & Rosemond Davison.
A private family service will be held at a later date.

DiAnne S. Glas
DiAnne Sue Glas, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 in her home in Indianapolis. She was born on August 29, 1954 to George and Neva (Petrie) Droeger in Indianapolis, Indiana.
DiAnne graduated from Indiana University with Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 1992. She then began teaching in the Lawrence Township School System.
She is survived by her parents, sons, Grant (Gina) and Garret Glas, sister, Joy (Joseph) Fey and brother, Edward (Jeanine) Droeger.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers, with Rev. Stanley R Sutton officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the mortuary.
David Lopez
David Lopez, 71, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born on January 10, 1941 to Leonardo Garcia and Felipa Lopez in Edinburg, Texas.
David retired in 2001, after being a buyer for Chrysler for 38 years. During his employment with Chrysler, he worked in the Indianapolis, Mexico, Detroit & Kokomo market areas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Lakeview Wesleyan Church in Noblesville and the Noblesville Gideon Chapter. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, NY Yankees & NASCAR; and loved being with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Carolyn Lopez; daughter, Kelly (Dennis) Lopez Dillon; sons, Tracy (Mayela) Lopez & Dean (Thekla) McCoy; daughter, Kelly (Dan) Cook; two brothers, José Garcia & Manuel Garcia; three sisters, Alejandrina Garcia, Yolanda Redington & Sandra Quintanilla; and 14 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Humberto Garcia; and a sister, Andrea Araguz.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, May 11, 2012, at Lakeview Wesleyan Church, 396 Park Street in Noblesville, with Dr. Rich Schenk officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the church. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
Sarah Leach
Sarah Frankie Ogle Leach, age 93, of Wallace, NC and formerly of Noblesville, IN passed from this earthly life to her eternal rest on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
She was born May 17, 1918 in Hamilton County, IN and was the daughter of the late Clarence Eugene and Clara Elzora Johnson Ogle. She was predeceased by her husband, Edgar Moody Leach in 1991; her sisters, Clara Dowden and Gracie Ann Beaver and her brother, William “Bill” Ogle.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her devoted daughters and their husbands, Clara C. Jones (Jerry) of Teachey, NC and Bernice Demaree (Jack) of Noblesville; grandchildren, David and Daniel Kershner, Delia Wallace, Brenda DeHaven, Debra Walton and Tresha Shelton; 15 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Randall and Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon immediately prior to the service. Burial will be in Arcadia Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff at Lower Cape Fear Hospice for their deeds of kindness and compassionate care they gave to their mother and grandmother.
Hugh Douglas "Doug" Roberts
Hugh Douglas "Doug" Roberts, 66, Noblesville, passed away May 9, 2012 at home with his Companion at his side. Doug, son of Hubert & Mary Ellen Roberts was born on September 14, 1945 in Kokomo.
Doug graduated from Purdue University, then pursued a career in sales. He semi-retired in 2009 and worked as bus driver for Noblesville Schools. He truly enjoyed the children and the many friends he made working there.
Doug attended Emmanuel United Methodist Church, and was a member of St Luke's United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters: Gena (Joe) Angelino of Schaumburg, IL, Jill (Corey) Urso of Stoughton, WI, Four grandchildren: Allison, Philip and Katharine Angelino and Olivia Urso. One sister Pamela Primm of Ocean Pines, MD. and his Companion of 17 years Carole Lynch-Holman.
Family and many friends will greatly miss him.
Visitation will be held at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday, May 18, 2012. Funeral will be 4 PM Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the same location. Memorial contributions made be made to St. Vincent Hospice or The Leukemia Research Foundation. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greentown, IN.
Larry Story, Jr.
Lawrence 'Larry' W. Story, Jr., 61, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. He was born on September 30, 1950 to Lily (Cassell) and Lawrence Story, Sr. in Westpoint, TN.
Larry was a car salesman and a member of Fishers Church of Christ. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by wife, Pam Story; son and daughter-in-law, Joe & Donna Story; son, David Story; three grandchildren, Claire Story, Daniel & Kaitlyn Story; two sisters, Beth Hale & Blanche & Bud Taylor; brother, Bill Story; and many extended family.
Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 5:00 pm immediately prior to the service. There will also be a visitation on Monday, May 14, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Evangelist Larry Smith will officiate the service.
Lyman M. Brooks
Lyman M. Brooks, 90, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at his home in Noblesville. He was born on June 6, 1921 to Lyman and Grace (Moreland) Brooks in Scipio, Indiana.
Lyman owned and operated Brooks Service Station in Noblesville.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Sharon Jackson and JoAnn Hill, a son, John Brooks, brother, Gordon Brooks, Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren, 4 step-sons, Stephen Roudebush, Greg Roudebush, Jeff Roudebush, and Marty Roudebush.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 Brothers & 3 Sisters, First wife, Gertrude Brooks, and 2nd Wife, Joan Roudebush Brooks.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, May 14, 2012, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Rd, in Indianapolis, with Pastor Neil Brown officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donors Favorite Charity.
Lois E. Weir
Lois E. Turner Weir passed away May 15, 2012. She was born June 17, 1921 in Chicago to Charles and Martha Turner.
Lois moved to Indiana with her parents at age 7. She graduated from Frankfort High School, Purdue University, and Butler. She was a first grade teacher in Fishers and Noblesville. She was a long-time member of Fishers United Methodist Church and took an active part in Community and Church activities.
Mrs. Weir is survived by three daughters, Kathryn (Mark) Sjothun, Barbara Weir (Jay Thomas), Sarah (Nick) Makres; son Tom (Connie) Weir; brother, Richard (Rosemary) Turner; sister-in-law, Dorothy Turner; and grandsons Chris (Sarah), Eric, Joel & Matt Land and Hunter Makres.
Her parents, husband Joel, and four brothers preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday May 20, 2012 at Fishers United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fisher United Methodist Church.
