Kendra Michele Wise and Chad Lyn Kaiser were united in marriage on May 20, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ellinwood. The Rev. John Maes officiated the double-ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Andy and Joanie Wise, Dave and Dana Lloyd, and Jerry Kaiser, all of Ellinwood. Grandparents of the bride are Roy and Rosemary Robl and Jack and Sondra Wise of Ellinwood, and great-grandmothers are Monica Robl of Ellinwood and Irene Schawe of Great Bend. Grandparents of the groom are Gene and Dee Potts of Great Bend and Leona Kaiser and Alma Lloyd of Ellinwood. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a mock two-piece ivory gown. The Italian satin bodice featured delicate gold embroidery and hand-beaded accents. The softly flared A-lined skirt featured an organza overlay enhanced with delicate gold embroidered detail. Pearls and tiny glass beads adorned the fleur de leis. The skirt flowed into a semi-cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of champagne-colored roses. Bridesmaids were Keri Wise and Leslie Wise, sisters of the bride, and Tara Wirtz and Robyn Long, friends of the bride. They wore black floor-length dresses fashioned similar to the bride’s, and each carried a single stem champagne-colored rose. Groomsmen were Brad Fullbright, Alan Fullbright and Bryan Morgan, all friends of the groom. The groomsmen also served as ushers. Candle lighters were Christa Kaiser and Cami Kaiser, sisters of the groom. Leon Sobba and Marlene Clayton provided music. Kent Robl, godfather and uncle of the bride, read the readings. The bride graduated from Ellinwood High School and Fort Hays State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. She is employed at CPI as a plan administrator. The groom also graduated from Ellinwood High School, attended Barton County Community College and graduated from North Central Technical College with certification in plumbing, heat and air conditioning. He is employed by Mclntyre PHAC/Kitchen and Bath Designs of Albert. After a honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, the couple makes their home in Great Bend.
