Ginger Hejny and Michael Howard were married on Sept. 10, 2005 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Great Bend. The Rev. Reggie Urban, officiated the double-ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Larry and Billie Hejny and Johnny and Donna Howard all of Great Bend. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Kelli Hills of Lenexa served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jenna Hejny, sister of the bride, of Great Bend; and Becky Howard, sister of the groom, of Great Bend. Cameron Dennis of Salina, served as the best man. The groomsmen were John Currall of Radium and Matt Campbell of Thorton, Colo. Alicin Lint of Newton, was the flower girl. Justin Dennis of Salina, was the ring bearer. The bride is a 1999 graduate of Great Bend High School and a 2004 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. The groom is a 2000 graduate of Great Bend High School and a 2004 graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in computer animation. He is a character artist employed by Idol Minds in Louisville, Colo. The couple make their home in Louisville, Colo.
