Tammy Reif and Ryan Lichter, both of Victoria, were married on June 4, 2005 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Great Bend. The Rev. Reggie Urban officiated the double-ring ceremony. Parents of the couple are Karen and Gary Reif, Pam Lichter and Kevin and Lana Lichter, all of Great Bend. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Sister of the bride, Kristi Reif of Manhattan, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Gloria Puetz of Cheney, Amy Gilliland of Osage City and Jenny Lichter, sister of the groom, of Manhattan. Pat Garrett of Houston, Texas, served as the best man. The groomsmen were Clay Delaney of Great Bend, Brian Pekarek of Hays and Bard Ingalls of Manhattan. Michalya, Mackenzie and Madison Puetz of Cheney were the flower girls. Ushers were Dusty Pfannenstiel of Manhattan and Ryan Hickel of Las Vegas, Nev. The bride is a graduate of Great Bend High School. She received a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in elementary education. She is currently working on her master’s degree and working as a first-grade teacher in Hays. The groom is also a graduate of Great Bend High School and Fort Hays State University. He received his bachelor’s degree in justice studies and is currently working for Central Kansas Community Corrections as an intensive supervision officer. The couple makes their home in Victoria.
