Parents of the bride are Mr. Insoo Kim and Mrs. Misook Kim of London, England. Mother of the groom is Mrs. Ronnie Drees of Great Bend. The Rev. Scott Sauls of the Redeemer Presbyterian Church officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a Vera Wang gown decorated with lace hand-made in Lyons, France. She carried a bouquet of fragrant white peonies and ranunculus.
Matron of honor was Erica Yao. Maid of honor was Reshma Bishnoi. They wore lilac satin gowns and carried bouquets of white peonies accented with lavender freesia.
Best man was Coleman Standish of Long Beach, Calif., formerly of Great Bend. The groom and best man wore black tuxedos with boutonnieres of white freesia.
The bride earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley and her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School. She is a corporate lawyer in New York, N.Y.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Great Bend High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School. He is a corporate lawyer in New York, N.Y.
