Jennifer S. Mathis and Blaine D. White were united in marriage on March 11, 2006 at Branson United Methodist Church in Branson, Mo. The Rev. Derik Hobbs of Crane, Mo., officiated. The bride is the daughter of Linda and Paul Mathis of Harrison, Ark. She is the granddaughter of J.B. and Helen Foster and Ray and Vonnie Mathis, all of Harrison. The groom is the son of Joyce White of Hoisington and Jim White of Greenfield, Mo. He is the grandson of Joe Prosser of Hoisington and the late Emma Prosser and Lois Claxton of Greenfield. The bride, escorted by her father, wore a white satin V-neck halter gown. The bodice was adorned with beaded embroidery. There was a side drape at the waist and the dress featured a lace-up back and beaded rhinestone tiara. The matron of honor was Kim Franklin of Berryville, Ark. Becky Mathis, sister-in-law of the bride, was the bridesmaid and Vail Mathis, niece of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid, both are of Lead Hill, Ark. Best man was Andy Greenway of Lathrop, Mo. Brian White of Hoisington, brother of the groom, was the groomsman and Joey Arellano of Garden City, nephew of the groom, was the junior groomsman. Ushers were Jason Martin of Hoisington, Jay Mathis of Lead Hill, brother of the bride, Josh Arellano of Garden City and Nathan White of Holyrood, both nephews of the groom. MacKenzie Hobbs of Crane, Mo., was the flower girl. Jared Arellano of Garden City, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer. Special music was provided by Liz, Emily and Josh Arellano of Garden City, nieces and nephew of the groom. Nicole White of Holyrood, niece of the groom, read from the Bible. The bride is the special education coordinator with the Blue Eye School District in Blue Eye, Mo. The groom is employed with TELEC Inc., of Springfield, Mo. The couple will reside in Branson.
