Darward Penry, grandfather of the bride of Springfield Mo., officiated the ceremony. Parents of the couple are Dr. Lary and Diane Hill of Andover and Dick and Barbara Green of Manhattan. Grandparents are Bill and Mary Hill of Great Bend, M. Durward Penry of Springfield, Mo., and the late Mary Jo Penry, Loral and Elva Stephens and Edith Green. The bride’s attendants were Bailey Marable of Topeka, Lauren Beatty, Billy Steffens and Hillary Emerson, all of Lawrence, Sarah Meadows-Cooper of Madison, Wis., and Kate Hill of Andover. The groom’s attendants were Dick Green of Manhattan, Rob Lawrence of Kansas City, Chris Lasher of Cameron, Mo., Allison Green of Manhattan and Michael Westlake of Whitehorse, Yukon. Honorary groomsman was Vignesh Ramen of Edinburgh, Scotland. Ushers were Jonathan Hill, brother of the bride, of Andover, and Clayton Hill, of Hoxie, and Evan Williams of Fort Scott, both cousins of the bride. The bride graduated from Andover High School and the University of Kansas. She is a writer and editor for the Kansas Health Institute. The groom graduated from Manhattan High School, Baker University and the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He is a statehouse correspondent with Harris News Service. The couple resides in Topeka.
