Monique Renee DePue of Hoisington and James Michael Arritt of Woodbridge, Va., were united in marriage on Dec. 17, 2005, at the Middlebury Church of the Brethren in Middlebury, Ind. The bride is the daughter of Stephen and Judy DePue of Goshen, Ind. The groom is the son of Callie Arritt of Woodbridge, and the late James C. Arritt. Jim Mockabee and Shawn Winters, assisted by Glen Loewen, officiated the double-ring ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore her paternal grandmother’s wedding gown refinished with red trim and beads by Edna Van Diepenbos and Judy DePue. The maid of honor was Vanessa DePue, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Beth Liebespach, Selena Riddle, Melissa Flint and Rael Swigert. The best man was Matthew Arritt, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Paul Hunter, Dan Hofherr, Gordon Brown and Thom Lacey. Flower girl was Chloe Riddle and the ring bearer was Daniel M. Hofherr. Ushers were Rich Liebespach, Jay Sublett, and Bob Wilburn. The bride attended Manchester College in N. Manchester, Ind., where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. The groom is a graduate of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va., and George Mason University in Va. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree. The couple reside in Dale City, Va.
