Robbie Clem of Topeka and Allen Clem of Salt Lake City, Utah, announce the marriage of their daughter, Angel Clem, to Shawn Satterfield, son of Sharon and Charles Satterfield, Great Bend.
The couple was married June 19, 2004 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Albert.
The double ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Jack Russell.
The bride was given away by Paul Anderson.
The bride wore an elegant matte satin gown styled in a princess silhouette featuring a portrait neckline atop an empire waist bodice.
The gown was fully embellished in beaded café re-embroidered Aleneon lace medallions.
The slightly flared A-line skirt swept into a chapel train and featured a wide band of matching border lace above the hemline.
Chrystel Kimble of Wichita was the maid of honor, wearing a burgundy gown.
She carried a bouquet of white and burgundy flowers with matching burgundy and white ribbons flowing down from the handle.
Shane Satterfield of Great Bend was the best man.
The ringer bear was Matthew Collins of Wichita.
The two flower girls were Jessica Clem and Payge Meadows, both of Wichita.
Organist was Vern Boyer, Great Bend, of the Peace Lutheran Church.
The bride is a graduate of North Beloit High.
She is employed by Wendy’s and Applebee’s in Great Bend.
The groom is a graduate of Great Bend High School and Cowley County Community College.
He is employed as a copier technician at Office Products Incorporated in Great Bend.
The couple reside in Great Bend.
