Greene 40th
Dr. Tom and Glenda Greene of Great Bend will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary from 7 to 9 p.m. on April 15, 2006 with a reception at Grace Community Church, 210 S. McKinley.
Tom Greene married Glenda J. Eaton on April 15, 1966, at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Davenport, Iowa.
Tom Greene is the owner of Greene Chiropractic Center and Glenda is finishing her bachelor’s degree from Barclay College in Haviland.
Hosts for the reception will be Jerome and Kristi Greene of Garden City, Matt and Terri Greene of Wichita, Nick and Maranda Scocos of Wichita and Bronson Green of Wichita. The couple have five grandchildren, Aleasha, Katelyn and Emily Greene of Garden City and Todd and Derek Posch of Wichita.
McCauley 65th
Bill and Ruth McCauley will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on April 13, 2006.
Bill McCauley married Ruth Spicher on April 13, 1941, in Topeka.
Mr. McCauley is employed by Foley Tractor Co. as parts manager.
Mrs. McCauley is a housewife.
Residents of Great Bend, the couple will be celebrating with family.
Hosts for the celebration will be their daughter Melissa and her husband Robert Borsick, of Topeka; grandchildren Kylie and Connor Loupe; and step-granddaughters Holly and Lori Borsick.

Chakir 25th
Norman and Hilda Chakir will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary and Hilda’s 90th birthday with a dance at 7:30 p.m. on April 8, 2006 at the American Legion, 1011 Kansas Ave. in Great Bend.
Friends and family are invited to join the celebration.
Norman and Hilda were married on March 10, 1981, in Oklahoma.
Hilda was born Hilda Kasselman on April 8, 1916, in rural Barton County.
She is a lifetime resident of Barton County.
