Bednasek 50th
Vernon and Alice Bednasek of Holyrood will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner on May 28, 2006.
Vernon Bednasek and Alice Fay Wachs were married May 20, 1956, north of Ellsworth at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
They are retired farmers.
Children of the couple are: Doug and Karen Hickel of Claflin, Jonathan and Cheryl Dahlke of Holyrood, Jay and Donna Overmiller of Smith Center and Kevin Bednasek of Falun.
Grandchildren are Dustin Hickel of Overland Park, Samantha and Corinna Hickel of Claflin, Amanda, Jordan and Tanner Dahlke of Holyrood, Brittany, William, Trevor and Gavin Overmiller of Smith Center and Morgan and Keegan Bednasek of Hays.

Stoss 50th
Bill and Dorothy Stoss will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on May 16, 2006.
Bill Stoss and Dorothy Oberle were married May 16, 1956, at Holy Name Catholic Church in Bushton.
They live and farm in the Great Bend Area.
The couple have six children: Debra Dreiling and husband Daryl of Gardner, Carol Prather and husband Wayne of Sterling, Larry Stoss and wife Brenda and Linda
Stoss all of Salina, Daryl Stoss of Great Bend, and Shirley Maneth and husband LeRoy of Andover.
The couple have 14 grandchildren: Ryan, Jarrod, Grant and Garrett Dreiling; Mallory, Janel and Keaton Prather; Sarah, Marie, Luke and Stehpanie Stoss; Tyler, Nicole and Rachel Maneth and one great-granddaughter, Ava Dreiling.
Rajewski 50th
Marvin and Betty Rajewski will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a mass at 5 p.m. on July 1, 2006 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church followed with a reception, dinner and dance at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
The occasion is hosted by their children Mike and Penny Rajewski of Lake Charles, La., Dave and Connie Kerr of Flowermount, Texas, Jerry and Bonnie McPherson of Casper, Wyo. and their eight grandchildren, Marsha, Christopher, Matthew, Melissa, Michael, Cassandra, Ashley and Katie.
