Rose 50th
Irvin and Joyce Rose will celebrate their 50th anniversary Oct. 8th, 2006 with a private family dinner hosted by their children.
Joyce L. Burhenn and Irvin A. Rose were married on Oct.. 6, 1956 in Ellinwood.
The couple has three, Marvin and Kathy Rose, Priscilla, Melissa, Nicholas, Genesis and Abigail, Amber Lloyd, April and Wyatt Grandclair and daughter Hadley from Hoisington; Marilyn and Gerard Holinde, Christopher, Daniel, Megan, Andy and son Kyler, all from Great Bend; Nancy and David Rice, John and Jason from Stafford.

Rziha 40th
James ‘Jim’ and Jolene Rziha of Great Bend, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with family and friends.
Jolene Kaiser and Jim Rziha were married on Oct. 1, 1966, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Odin by the Rev. Gilbert Herrman.
He recently retired from United Parcel Service with 30 years of service.
She is a homemaker.
The couple’s daughters and spouses are: Gina and Casey Dodd of Topeka and Mona and Captain Chad Dodd of Oceanside, Calif.
The couple have four grandchildren, Zachary, Mason and Abby Dodd of Topeka and Benjamin Dodd of Oceanside, Calif.

Lancaster 25th
Larry and Dana Lancaster will celebrate their 25th anniversary with a reception for friends and family from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2006 at the Foundry Methodist Church, 5401 Broadway in Great Bend.
The couple was married on Dec. 4, 1981, in Great Bend.
Their children are Jamie and Timothy Mock of Wichita; two grandchildren are Miranda and Travis Mock.
