Fischer - 25th
Gary and Elaine Fischer will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with an open house from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2005 at the Hudson Community Hall in Hudson.
A dance will follow until 11 p.m.

Strecker - 50th
Dennis and Mary Strecker of Great Bend will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception and card shower from 2 to 4 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2005 at St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall, 21st and Jackson streets in Great Bend.
Dennis Strecker and Mary Davis were married Nov. 27, 1955, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Russell.
Mary Strecker was an Avon representative for 35 years and Dennis Strecker is retired from USD 428.
Hosts for the reception are Dennis Jr. and his wife, Joyce Heinz-Strecker, of Great Bend; John and Lisa Strecker and children, Hope and Josh Vaughn; and Christopher and Katie Strecker of Greenwell Springs, La.
The couple have three grandchildren.

Tinkel - 60th
Albert and Laura Tinkel announce their 60th wedding anniversary.
Albert Tinkel and Laura Birzer were married on Nov. 27, 1945, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church located in rural Ellinwood.
They are retired from farming.
They have one son, Louis Tinkel and wife, Janice, of Hays and two daughters, Arlene Friedly and husband, Doug, of Bonner Springs and Alvita Cates and husband, Bob, of Claflin.
They also have six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
