Card shower requested for Zeller 60th
Francis and Julia Zeller of McCracken will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Community Hall in McCracken. Zeller and the former Julia Davenport were married Feb. 1, 1944, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Kansas City, Mo. They have two sons and families living in McCracken - William Zeller and sons, Daniel and Willy, and John and Melanie Zeller and daughters, Sarah and Rachael. Grow - 69th
Mr. and Mrs. Marion Grow of Great Bend will celebrate their 69th wedding anniversary Jan. 24, 2004. In their honor an open house will be hosted by their children from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Senior Center in Great Bend. Grow and the former Hazel Kimber were married Jan. 20, 1935, at Presbyterian Church in Great Bend and lived on a farm near Hudson. He worked in the oil field and was an ag custom cutter. She was a homemaker. The couple have six children, Sharon Smiley of Texhoma, Okla., Marilyn Fulton of Junction City, Rita Jones and Linda Elliott, both of Wichita, and Keith Grow and Larry Grow, both of Hudson. Randolph - 40th
Dale and Rosey Randolph of Great Bend will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary today. Randolph and the former Rosey Anderson were married Jan. 18, 1964, at Ness City Methodist Church. Randolph is a self-employed truck driver and Rosey is a composing and advertising assistant for the Great Bend Tribune. The couple have two children, Delbert Randolph of Larned and Dana and Dan Brown of Great Bend. They have two grandchildren, Allie and Chase Brown of Great Bend.
