Fox - 25th
Rich and Carol Fox of Great Bend will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a come-and-go reception from 2-4 p.m. Sept. 13, 2003 at Great Bend Recreation Center. Fox and the former Carol Sweeden were married on Sept. 16, 1978, at Reno, Nev. They are both self-employed. Their children are Shelby Zimmerman, host of the occasion, and Ryan Zimmerman, Richard and Heidi Fox and Christi and Brian Williams, all of Great Bend. They have six grandchildren.
Norlin - 30th
Floyd and Kathy Norlin of Great Bend celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on Sept. 1, 2003. They are planning a trip to Newport News, Va. Norlin and the former Kathy Collins were married on Sept. 1, 1973, at St. Patrick Catholic Church of Great Bend. He is employed by Wells Furniture of Great Bend and she is a homemaker. Their children are Jeff Norlin of Great Bend and Suzanne Washington of Newport News.
Key - 61st
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Key of Great Bend will celebrate their 61st wedding anniversary on Sept. 14, 2003 with a family gathering at Camano Island, Wash. Key and the former Edna Christians were married on Sept. 14, 1942, at Beaver. They were residents of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Grand Junction, Colo., for 15 years. Key was a regional manager for Smith Tools until his retirement. Their children are Larry and Nancy Key of Camano Island and Dr. Deanie and Johnie Wright of Edmond, Okla. Their grandchildren and spouses are Piper and Brian Strick of Seattle, Wash., and Todd and Angie Dillen of Dallas, Texas. The couple has four great grandsons.
