Claude D. and Melba L. Roswurm, Americus, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 7, 2004 in Fellowship Hall at the United Methodist Church at 413 Walnut in Americus.
Claude D. Roswurm and Melba L. Ernst were married Dec. 19, 1954, in Americus.
The reception was scheduled for this summer so that their families could be present to host the event.

J.U. and Pauly Ricks, Topeka, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house from 3 to 5 p.m. Aug. 8, 2004 at the home of their daughter and her husband, Robin and Eric Atwood, at 3741 S.W. Stonybrook Drive in Topeka.
J.U. Ricks and Pauly Fink were married Sept. 17, 1954, in Fonehill, Saskatchewan.
