The bride is the daughter of Robert and Kathryn Jones of Pittsburgh.
Parents of the bridegroom are Betty and Fred Phelps Jr. of Topeka.
Allyson Jones, Pittsburgh, was maid of honor. Samuel Phelps-Roper, Topeka, was best man.
The newlyweds live in Topeka.
