Lisa Lynn Peters and Richard Paul Lipe were united in marriage on May 29 in Conifer, Colo. The parents of the bride are Robert Peters of Belton, Mo., and the late Janet Peters. The parents of the groom are Marian and Raymond Lipe of Hutchinson. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Michael Lipe. The bride, given away by her father, wore a sleeveless A-line gown with a draping front, full skirt and a tiara with a pearl veil. The flowers were purple lilacs with white roses. The groom wore a black tuxedo with a silver tie and white shirt. He had a purple rose with baby’s breath for a boutonniere. The maid of honor Jordyn Peters, daughter of the bride, wore a lilac floor length dress. She also acted as candle lighter. The best man was Lynn Harshman of Aurora, Colo. Musicians included Suzanne Lipe, pianist; vocalists included Doug Lipe of Fort Collins, Colo., Carol Wessel of Elizabeth, Colo. and Jordyn Peters. Ushers were Dr. Gary Lipe of Hutchinson and Jay Peters of Harrisonville, Mo. The bride is a graduate of Harrisonville High School in Harrisonville, Mo. She is an evidence technician for the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office in Centennial, Colo. The groom is a graduate of Great Bend High School and is currently a mechanic with Brake’s Plus in Glendale, Colo. The couple reside in Parker, Colo.
