The bride is the daughter of Melva Bottom and Gilbert Moreno Jr., both of Topeka.
Parents of the bridegroom are Yolanda Blount and David Kelly, both of Topeka.
Michelle Foster, Prairie Village, was maid of honor.
The bridesmaid was Micki Flowers, Topeka.
Scott Perkins, Topeka, was best man. Jarrod Florence, Topeka, was the groomsman.
A reception followed in Heritage Hall.
The bride is employed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas
The groom is employed by Ben Schreiner Construction.
He is a varsity football coach at Highland Park High School.
They reside in Topeka.
