The bride is the daughter of Rose Vargas Ramos of Topeka, and the bridegroom is the son of Marcelino "Chello" and Yolanda Anguiano of Topeka.
Ellen Armstrong, Kansas City, Mo., was maid of honor.
James Anguiano, Lawrence, was best man.
The newlyweds reside in Topeka.
