Ashley Danielle Sutton of Topeka and 2nd Lt. Sean Cullen McCaffery of Fort Benning, Ga., were united in marriage April 26, 2002, at St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Manhattan.
The 5 p.m. nuptial Mass was celebrated by the Rev. Keith Weber.
Parents of the newlyweds are Gary and Mary Jo Sutton, Topeka, and Paul and Theresa McCaffery, Overland Park.
Emily Samuelson, Manhattan, was maid of honor.
The bridesmaids were Jill Szynskie, Manhattan; Kristin Steinlage, Topeka; Beth Weber, Manhattan; and Courtney Sutton, Topeka, sister of the bride.
Justin Bogart, Overland Park, was best man.
The groomsmen were Greg Gabel, Alabama; Randy Purinton and Rob Peeke, both of Overland Park; and John Lucht, Manhattan.
A reception followed at the Wareham Opera House in Manhattan.
The bride is an executive management trainee with Dillard's Department Stores.
The groom is a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
After a honeymoon trip to Atlanta, the couple reside at Fort Drum, N.Y.
