Lisa Prisock and Phillip Leyva exchanged marriage vows June 22, 2002, at Kauffman Memorial Gardens in Kansas City, Mo.
The Rev. Victor Wilson officiated at the 10:30 a.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Samuel and Marita Elliott of Lake Wabaunsee and the late Jesse W. Prisock.
She is the granddaughter of the late Harold and Adalee Leonard.
The bridegroom is the son of Roxanne and Raul Leyva Jr. of Kansas City, Mo.
Susan Hanis, Overland Park, was maid of honor.
Also attending the bride was Vicki Sweeten, Columbia, S.C., sister of the groom.
The junior bride was Alissa Leyva, daughter of the bride and groom.
Michael Moran, Kansas City, Mo., was best man. Scott Cahill, Kansas City, Mo., was the groomsman.
A reception followed at The Villa in Kansas City, Mo.
The bride is a registered nurse at Menorah Medical Center.
The groom is a security officer for Health Midwest.
They reside in Olathe.
