The New Orleans Wedding Chapel in New Orleans formed the setting for the wedding of Erin Leigh Carlson and Bradley John Marcotte on March 15, 2003.
The Rev. Victor Malinda officiated at the 10 a.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Mary Lou Carlson, Topeka, and the granddaughter of James Heim and Claire Carlson, both of Topeka.
The bridegroom is the son of John and Janet Marcotte, Allen, and the grandson of Dale and Bonnie Stinson, Admire.
Kara Clawson was her sister's matron of honor. Kristen Widen, sister of the bride, was the bridesmaid. The flower girl was Claire Widen.
Tim Riemann was best man. Shawn Fund was the groomsman.
The couple were honored with a reception in Topeka at the Garden House at Lake Shawnee.
The bride is a graduate of Hayden High School and Washburn University with a bachelor's degree in nursing.
She is a registered nurse with Stormont-Vail HealthCare.
The groom is a graduate of Northern Heights High School at Allen and Emporia State University with a bachelor's degree in education.
He is pursuing a master's degree in administration at Emporia State University.
He is a science teacher and football, basketball and track coach at Northern Heights High School in Allen.
The newlyweds honeymooned on a Caribbean cruise to Jamaica, Grand Cayman Island, and Cozumel, Mexico.
They reside in Topeka.
