The bride is the daughter of Sylvia Langley Williams, Rocky Mount.
Parents of the bridegroom are Michael Paul and Reda Roxanne Seetin, Perry.
Christie Smith, Rocky Mount, was maid of honor.
Kevin Williams, Rocky Mount, was best man.
The newlyweds will reside in Rocky Mount, N.C., when the groom returns from deployment with the U.S. Army National Guard in Operation Enduring Freedom.
