Officiating at the 4 p.m. ceremony was the Rev. A. Oliver Fraser.
The bride is the daughter of Mary Gwendolyn Angel, Topeka, and the late Marvin Christian Merillat.
The bridegroom's parents are Murle Josephine Orndoff and Paul H. Cibulski, both of Topeka.
Janet Bahm, Chicago, was matron of honor. Randy Morton, Cincinnati, was best man.
The newlyweds live in Topeka.
