The groom is the son of Rose and Charles Bissey, Manhattan.
The bride wore a floor-length gown of candlelight satin and featured an open neckline.
The basque bodice was trimmed with lace and accented with pearls.
Jodie Woods, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Kristen Dreiling, Connie Altis and Sara Horsch.
Phil Dodderidge served as the best man.
Groomsmen were Dan Thien, Steve Post and Scott Bieker.
Ushers were Brenon Daly, Max Donnelly, A.J. MacDonald and James Walker.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Houston Street Ballroom.
The bride graduated from Manhattan High School and Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
She is employed as a sixth grade teacher at El Dorado Middle School.
The groom graduated from Manhattan High School and Kansas State University with a degree in finance.
He will work on a graduate degree in sports administration at Wichita State University in the fall.
The couple is at home in Wichita.
