Stephanee Dawn DeWald and Eric Daniel Juno were united in marriage on Sept. 18, 2004 at Peace Lutheran Church of Albert. Rev. Ethan Feistner and Rev. Jack Russell officiated the ceremony. Parents of the couple are Shelly DeWald and Don DeWald of Otis and Bernard and Beverly Juno of Bison. Grandparents of the couple are Lorraine DeWald of Otis, Evelyn Gilchrist of Bison and Edward and Evelyn Juno of Otis. The bride was escorted by her father. She carried a tear-drop bouquet of ivory and chocolate roses with fall accents. Maid of honor was Danielle Flaming, and bridesmaids were Jodi Holopirek, Amber DeWald, sister-in-law of the bride, Shelley Haug, and bridesmate was Jason Yarmer. The bridesmaids carried hand-tied bouquets of ivory roses with mocha ribbons. Best men were Chris Sohm, Jason Rossman, Shane DeWald, brother of the bride, Lance Ficken and Eric Maier. Flower girls were Kaleigh Maier, and Jaden Titsworth, both nieces of the groom. Ringbearer was Hayden Maier, nephew of the groom. Candlelighters were Tiffany Stieben and Amanda Hullett. Ushers were Cole DeWald, brother of the bride, Dae Van Pelt, Craig Batchman and Loray George. The organist was Joyce Haberman, and vocalists were Shelly DeWald, mother of the bride, and Dale Dirks. The bride is a graduate of Bethel College in North Newton with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education. She is a first grade teacher at Roosevelt Elementary in Hoisington. The groom is a graduate of Barton County Community College, receiving his associate’s degree in science. He is a self-employed farmer/rancher. The couple resides in Otis.
