Mr. Larimore died Tuesday, February 6, 2001, at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka.
He was born July 27, 1932, in Topeka, the son of Jess and Josephine Larimore. He was the owner of Chuck's Drive In, Pappa Charlie's Pizza and Larimore Retail Liquor. In 1952, he was married to Carole Louise Krump. Mr. Larimore was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the VFW Post No. 9271, Tonganoxie.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Louise Larimore, Tonganoxie; one son, Steven Larimore, McLouth; one daughter, Debbie Lingenfelser, Tonganoxie; one brother, James Larimore, Parkville; three grandchildren, Bryant Larimore, El Paso, Tex., and Melissa Eldreth and Alison Larimore, both of McLouth; one great-grandchild, Brett Larimore, El Paso, Tex.; and two step-grandchildren, Carl Lingenfelser, N.C., and Brea Lingenfelser, Los Angeles.
Kimberly Vonzelle Matthews

Services for Kimberly Vonzelle Matthews, 39, Lawrence, were Feb. 14 at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie. Cremation and private inurnment followed.
Mrs. Matthews died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Lawrence.
She was born April 20, 1961, in Lawrence, the daughter of William Jarrett and Ruth Matthews. She was a 1979 graduate of Washington High School, Kansas City, Kan.
Survivors include one son, Alan Harrison, Lawrence; one daughter, Latoy Harrison, Lawrence; her father, William Jarrett, Lawrence; her mother and step father, Ruth and John Jones, Kansas City, Kan.; one brother, Dominic Jarrett, Norman, Okla. and one sister, Denise Jarrett, Lawrence.
Lewis J. Wright

Graveside services for Lewis J. Wright, 82, Bonner Springs, were Feb. 10, at the Glenwood Cemetery, Basehor.
Mr. Wright died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001, at the Tonganoxie Nursing Center, Tonganoxie.
He was born May 27, 1918, in Bonner Springs. He owned and operated Wright's Skelly Service Station in Bonner Springs, and later managed Vesta Lee Lumber Co. in Bonner Springs. He was a member of the Bonner Springs Masonic Lodge No. 366 A.F. and A.M. and the First Christian Church in Bonner Springs.
Survivors include his wife, Selena Wright, Bonner Springs; three daughters, Jeanene Pelzl of Tonganoxie, Barbara Woolf of Overland Park and Marilyn Baldwin, Bonner Springs; one sister, Flossie Wickland, Kansas City, Kan.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Kirby died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001, at Bethany Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.
She was born April 12, 1949, in Kansas City, Kan. She was a clerical worker for USD No. 500 and the Kansas City, Kan., Public Library. Mrs. Kirby was a member of the Bethel Neighborhood Center and K.E.P.E.R.S.

Robert Joseph Pitts

Services for Robert Joseph Pitts, 63, Leavenworth, were Feb. 13 at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Basehor. Burial followed in National Cemetery, Leavenworth.
Mr. Pitts died on Feb. 8, 2001, at his home in Leavenworth.
He was born May 13, 1927, in Kansas City, Mo. He retired from General Motors in 1990 after working many years as a line inspector. He was also a member of Local No. 93 of the U.A.W.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Pitts, Leavenworth; two daughters, Pamela Jean Pitts Kirkpatrick, Bonner Springs and Cheryl Ann Pitts Kirkpatrick, Edgewood, KY; one son, Robert Alan Pitts, Olathe; two brothers, William James Pitts, Waco, TX, and John Joseph Pitts, Kimiah, ID, and seven grandchildren.
