Betty A. Robinson
BUHLER - Betty A. Robinson, 84, died Feb. 13, 2005, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Hutchinson.
She was born March 10, 1920, at Hutchinson, the daughter of Allen and Anna Goertzen Teter. A lifetime resident of Buhler, she was a homemaker and assisted on the family dairy farm operation.
She belonged to Bethany Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson, and Union Valley FCE, and was a Sunday school teacher.
On Dec. 23, 1936, she married
Leland Robinson at Hutchinson. He died Nov. 1, 1995.
Survivors include: a son, Jerald Robinson and his wife Kathryn, Buhler; two sisters, Marian Snyder and Phyllis Morgan, both of Hutchinson; a sister-in-law, Doris Teter, Buhler; two grandchildren, Russ and wife Mike E., and Andrew; three great-grandchildren, Nikki, Crystal and Luke; and two-great-great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Michael.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerald and Bobbie Teter; an infant sister, Virginia Teter; and a granddaughter, Melissa Kay Robinson.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bethany Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson, with Pastor Darrell Bisel presiding. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., at Buhler Mortuary, Buhler. Burial will be in Buhler East cemetery.

Cheryl A. Collins
KENNARD, Neb. - Cheryl A. Collins, 53, of Kennard, Neb., died Feb. 23, 2005.
She was born Nov. 15, 1951, at Hutchinson, the daughter of Wilbert and Lydia Regier. She was a graduate of Buhler High School, Hutchinson Community College and Oral Roberts University.
Survivors include: her husband, Pastor Dave Collins; her children, Melissa Rutter and husband Chad, Jesse Collins and Cameron Collins; her father, Wilbert Regier; and a sister, Naomi Bartel and husband Les.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lydia; and a sister, Rebecca.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Trinity Church, Omaha, Neb. Visitation begins Thursday at 4 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pacific Street Chapel, Omaha. There will be a private interment.

Robert M. Landman
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Robert M. Landman, 57, died Feb. 17, 2005, at Kansas City, Mo., from ALS.
He was born March 6, 1947, at Hutchinson, the son of Lee G. and Dorothy Landman. He was a 1965 graduate of Hutchinson High School, Hutchinson, a 1969 graduate of College of Wooster in Ohio, and a 1973 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. A resident of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Hutchinson, he worked for the Legal Aid Society, and since 1978, focused on the financial service and real estate part of law, mostly recently at Spencer, Fane, Britt and Browne, LLP. He served as past chairman of KCMBA real estate committee.
He was a former member of First Presbyterian Church, Hutchinson.
On May 2, 1981, he married
Faye Pincus at Kansas City, Mo. She survives.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Molly and Kyle Landman; his mother, Dorothy Landman, Hutchinson; a brother, William "Bill", Wichita; and two sisters, Mary Lou Yost, Arlington, Texas, and Susan Harwood and husband, Bob, Lawrence.
A celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church, Kansas City, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Keith Worthington Chapter of the ALS Association.
Jase A. Richardson
Jase Allen Richardson, 20, died Feb. 20, 2005, at Hutchinson Hospital due to injuries received in an automobile accident.
He was born March 18, 1984, at Hutchinson, the son of Jeff Richardson and Pamela Barr. A lifelong Hutchinson resident, he was an equipment operator for Reno County.
Survivors include: his father, Hutchinson; mother, Pamela Barr-Douglas, Hutchinson; a sister, Candis Boese, Hutchinson; two stepsisters, Fantaisia Rumpf and Destony Sturgeon, both of Hutchinson; grandparents, Gary and Carolyn Barr, Hoisington, and James E. Richardson, Hutchinson; a nephew, Jadyn Boese, Hutchinson; and a host of uncles, aunts and friends.
Memorial graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place.

Velma J. Giles
Velma Jean Giles, 71, died Feb. 20, 2005, at Hutchinson Hospital, Hutchinson.
She was born Jan. 2, 1934, in Pratt County, the daughter of Raymond A. and Goldia Doyle Hoff. A longtime resident of Hutchinson, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to Eastwood Church of Christ, Hutchinson.
On Oct. 27, 1990, she married
Charlie J. Giles at Hutchinson. He survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Bob Daniels, Maize; four daughters, Waynetta Robertson, Fresno, Calif., Rachelle Dean, Haven, Sheila Robertson and Linda Daniels, both of Hutchinson; a brother, Elwin Hoff, Fredonia; three sisters, Betty Smith, Mount Vernon, Texas, Zella Lamkin, Chandler, Ariz., and Ruth Ann Hamm, Pauls Valley, Okla.; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marschell Giles Snyder; a granddaughter, Christy Daniels; and a sister, Violet Bosley.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Eastwood Church of Christ, Hutchinson, with Pastor Wayne DeWindt presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Home, Hutchinson. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park cemetery, Hutchinson.

JoAnna B. Cauley
JoAnna B. Cauley, 32, died Dec. 3, 2004, at Wichita.
She was born July 29, 1972, at Hutchinson, the daughter of Al and Phyllis Graham Cauley. A lifetime Hutchinson resident, she attended Buhler High School and graduated from Hutchinson High School. She worked in sales at Hallmark Telemarketing.
Survivors include: a daughter, Jenesis Cauley, Hutchinson; her parents, Hutchinson; a brother, Wesley Cauley, Lakewood, Colo.; two sisters, Margaret Cauley, Hutchinson, and Leigh Lloyd, Wichita; a grandfather, John Graham, Fort Scott; several aunts; uncles; nephews; nieces; and a companion, Jerry Narron, Hutchinson.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Revs. William J. Green Sr. and Samuel Rich presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the mortuary.

Robert Ratzlaff
Robert Ratzlaff, 82, died Feb. 19, 2005, at Hutchinson Hospital.
He was born Nov. 17, 1922, at Burrton, the son of Jacob B. and Anna Ratzlaff. A longtime Hutchinson resident, he worked for Hutchinson Foundry and Steel for 33 years.
He belonged to VFW Post 1361, Hutchinson. He served in the U.S. Army and Air Force.
On Aug. 27, 1965, he married
Gertrude "Trudy" Pluschke at Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include: a son, George, Hutchinson.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and one in infancy; and a sister, Ruth Ratzlaff.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hoffnungsau cemetery, rural Inman, with Pastor Luanne Haddaway presiding. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the family receiving friends, at Buhler Mortuary, Buhler.
