Clara E. Smith, 86, Salina, formerly of Great Bend, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005.
Mrs. Smith was born Clara Eugene Ewalt on Nov. 27, 1918, in Great Bend. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Franklin Harvey; her second husband, Leo Davies; and her third husband, Herbert Smith.
Survivors include a daughter, Norma Summers and husband Thomas of Salina; a sister, Julia Bruce of Santa Fe, N.M.; three grandchildren, Ronald D. Summers and wife Mary of Olathe, and Karen S. Couch and husband Danny and Diane K. Cobb and husband Jeff, all of Salina; 14 great-grandchildren, Shawn, Bret, Sara, Monica, Thomas and Paul Summers, Joshua, Erika and Rachelle Keller, Leslie Toney, David Miller, Crystal Ellyson, Haley Streit and Jeffrey Cobb Jr.; and four great-great-grandchildren, Brett Summers Jr., Dominic and Ryan Toney and Katelin Keller.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Church of Christ, Salina, Jimmie Keas officiating. Entombment will be in Great Bend Cemetery.

ABILENE — Terry D. Stephens, 63, Abilene, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005.
Mr. Stephens was born Nov. 21, 1941, in Alexander. He taught English and produced debate teams at Abilene High School.
Survivors include a brother, Robert E. of Abilene.

BREWSTER — Sean Michael Swanson, 19, Brewster, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005.
Mr. Swanson was born July 18, 1985, in Lexington, Neb. He was a student.
Survivors include his parents, Michelle Jorgensen of Brewster and Roger and Hillerie Engler of McCook, Neb.; his grandparents, Millie Engler of Lexington, Darrell and Jackie Jorgensen of Brewster, Gordon and Susan Brunick of Holyoke, Colo., and Melvin and Sandra Marshall of Wray, Colo.; seven brothers, Tanner Swanson, Nathan Jorgensen and Jace Jorgensen, all of Brewster, Allen Engler of Everett, Wash., Hunter Engler of Norfolk, Neb., and Matt Thayer and Cory Engler, both of McCook; and four sisters, Stacy Swanson of Denver, Tara Swanson of Cape Coral, Fla., Callie Jorgensen of Brewster and Miranda Thayer of McCook.

GARDNER — Susan Kay “Sue” Weisenburger, 40, Gardner, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005.
Mrs. Weisenburger was born Susan Kay Stack on May 28, 1964, in Salina. She worked in food service at Nike Intermediate School in Gardner and previously had been a kindergarten aide at Sunflower Elementary School.
Survivors include her husband, Bradley of the home; her parents, James M. Stack and Anna M. Rassette Stack of Salina; a daughter, Brooke Nicole Weisenburger of the home; a son, Ryan Christoffer Weisenburger of the home; four sisters, Linda Deneault of Garland, Texas, Mary Porter and Pat Ernzen, both of Salina, and Teresa Wilson of Edmond, Okla.; and two brothers, Rod Stack and John Stack, both of Salina.
The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gardner. Burial will be in Gardner Cemetery.

Mr. West was born Jan. 10, 1915, in Clifton. He was a retired truck driver for National By Products.
His wife, Arlene, died Dec. 3, 2004.
Survivors include a son, Ronald Gene West of Beloit; a daughter, Georgetta Kearn of Concordia; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Victory Faith Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in the I00F Cemetery, rural Clifton.

Survivors include her husband, Chris of the home; two sons, Brian and Landon, both of the home; a daughter, Adrian of the home; two brothers, Vernon Roth Jr. of Kirwin and Rollin Roth of Cawker City; and a sister, Coralee Roth of Portis.

Sister Ackerman was born July 23, 1937, in Spearville. She was parish life coordinator for St. Lawrence Parish in Jetmore and St. Anthony Parish in Hanston.
Survivors include her mother, Magdalen Ackerman, of Dodge City; four brothers, Denis of Arvada, Colo., Victor of Dodge City, Robert of Sachse, Texas, and Steve of Spearville; and two sisters, Vera Dick of Abilene and Doris Waldron of Ulysses.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita Center, 1165 Southwest Blvd., Wichita.

Mrs. Bowling was born Mary Marie Blair on Feb. 14, 1915, in Holton, Ind. She was a homemaker.
Her husband, Marvin, died in 1990.
Survivors include two daughters, Jo Ann Stone of Blackwell and Linda Rowan of Salina, Kan.; a son, Ray of Blackwell; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
A service was held at First Baptist Church, Blackwell. Burial was in Blackwell Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Nadine, of Lindsborg; two sons, Jeff and Greg, both of Lindsborg; three daughters, Pam Frost of Salina, Terri Johnson of Oklahoma City and Susan Holzhuter of Foster City, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Mrs. Fuller was born Letha Margaret Cooper on Feb. 14, 1923, in rural Hardy. She taught school until her marriage.
Her husband, Delbert, died in 1997.
Survivors include a daughter, Lillian Joyce Vogan of Salina, Kan.; a son, Roger Leo of Belleville, Kan.; two sisters, Mae Niessen of Nelson and Bernice Hansen of Superior; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Sheri, of Wichita, Kan.; three daughters, Tammy Morgan, Victoria Reynolds and Breena Reynolds, all of Wichita; his mother, Elsie (McFeeters) Wertz, of Nortonville, Kan.; four brothers, Robert Focks Jr. of Severy, Kan., Lawrence Focks of Greenfield, Eric Miller of Hiawatha, Kan., and John Sinclair of Wichita; and three sisters, Loretta Light of Salina, Kan., Mary Jo Kirkham of Valley Falls, Kan., and Michelle Hanby of Moline, Kan.
Services were held in Greenfield and Wichita.
