ABILENE — Phyllis Marie Norris, 69, Abilene, died Thursday, May 5, 2005.
Mrs. Norris was born Phyllis Marie Peterson on July 4, 1935, in Delphos. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, in 1989.
Survivors include three daughters, Katherine Norris, Sandra Norris and Eva Norris, all of Abilene; two sisters, LaDonna Hill and Marilyn Lloyd, both of Salina; and a grandchild.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Danner Funeral Home, 501 N. Buckeye, Box 758, Abilene 67410. Burial will be in Abilene Cemetery.

AZLE, Texas — Don E. Wallace, 55, Azle, died Tuesday, May 3, 2005.
Mr. Wallace was born Oct. 29, 1949, in Wichita, Kan. He was a truck driver for Dillon Resources.
Survivors include two daughters, Ronda Daniels and Leslie Pritchard; his father and stepmother, Wayne and Lenore Wallace, of Barnard, Kan.; two brothers, Kenny of Barnard and Steve of Salina, Kan.; a sister, Pamela Moeder of Salina; and four grandsons.
The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home Chapel, 2301 N. Sylvania Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76111. A memorial service will be at a later date in Barnard.

CARLETON, Neb. — Elmer H. Werner, 85, Carleton, died Wednesday, May 4, 2005.
Mr. Werner was born Aug. 30, 1919, south of Carleton. He owned and operated Werner Feed and Grinding, Carleton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie, in 1994; and a granddaughter, in 2002.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen and Robert, both of Carleton; a brother, Earl of Carleton; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church, Carleton. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Carleton City Cemetery.

HUTCHINSON — Bernice L. Bartlett, 82, Partridge, died Thursday, May 5, 2005.
Mrs. Bartlett was born Bernice L. Terry on June 10, 1922, in Russell. She was a binder for R. L. Polk Directory.
She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy, in 1990.
Survivors include two brothers, Cliff Terry of Donna, Texas, and Charles Casper of Pueblo, Colo.; three sisters, Rosemarie Engling of Luray, Florene Steinle of Bavaria and Bertha Lou Hilmar of Harrisburg, S.D.
There will be no service or visitation. The body was cremated.

LOVELAND, Colo. — Marjorie Daniels, 91, Loveland, died March 29, 2005.
Mrs. Daniels was born Marjorie Pilcher on Jan. 10, 1914, in Delphos.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 1987.
The funeral was at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 13120 E. Kentucky Ave., Aurora. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery.

Survivors include a son, Chuck of Solomon; a daughter, Lori Donmyer of Salina; a brother, Don Giersch of Salina; two sisters, Louise Appleby and Jeanette Wilcox, both of Salina; and three grandchildren.

PLANO, Texas — Myrtle Maxine Headley, 91, Plano, died Friday, April 29, 2005.
Mrs. Headley was born Myrtle Maxine Hazen on July 12, 1913, near Stockton, Kan., to Ira T. Hazen and Minnie Pearl Reeder. She married Lester Headley of Brookville, Kan., on Aug. 27, 1937, in Salina, Kan. He died in 1997.
Survivors include a daughter, Sabra Headley of Plano; a grandson, Mike Miller of Garland; a granddaughter, Jana Miller Cozzens of Austin; a sister, Norma Hayes of Ellsworth, Kan.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church, 122 N. Eighth, Salina.

Mrs. Huntsinger was born Lela Reece Farmer on March 17, 1924, in Greenville, Miss. She was a retired nurse.
Survivors include three sons, John of Mankato, Calvin of Fort Worth, Texas, and Bill of Sand Springs, Okla.; three daughters, Nela Huntsinger of Loveland, Colo., Brenda Williams of Manhattan and Sheila Ridings of Salina; four sisters, Ira Dean of Modesto, Calif., Lena Lewis of Philadelphia, Johnnie Griffin of Seattle and Cherie Myers of Amarillo, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

BELOIT — Milburn L. “Lee” Miller, 63, Beloit, died Friday, May 6, 2005.
Mr. Miller was born Sept. 25, 1941, in Kilbourne, Ill. He was an over-the-road truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis J., of the home; his parents, Milburn and Lovina Miller, of Bath, Ill.; two sons, Terry of Morton, Ill., and Perry of Havana, Ill.; two daughters, Wendy Bailey of Clovis, N.M., and Leslie Schaefer of Peoria, Ill.; a stepson, Michael Anderson of Overland Park; a stepdaughter, Jennifer Coady of Beloit; two brothers, Russell of Bath, Ill., and Rick of Kilbourne, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McDonald Funeral Home, 910 N. Campbell, Beloit 67420. Burial will be in Kilbourne Cemetery.

Harold Lee Milner
Harold Lee Milner, 78, Salina, died Friday, May 6, 2005.
He was born Aug. 23, 1926, in Scandia to Wilma and P.R. Milner.
He graduated from Kansas State College of Agricultural and Applied Science (now Kansas State University). He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and as a medic in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War.
He worked for Kelling Nut Co., Chicago, as a buyer; owned “The Emporium,” an antique and gift store in Chicago; and was director of Graves Antique Auto Museum, Salina.
He was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, First Presbyterian Church and Salina Community Chorus. He volunteered at the Salina Art Center as a staff member.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Pauline Milner Dye; and a niece, Sarah Carlin Graves.
Survivors include two sisters, Nona Claire Grace of Rehoboth Beach, Del., and Karen Milner Graves and husband James T. of St. Joseph, Mo.; four nieces; and six nephews.
A private burial will be in Belleville. A memorial service will be at a later date in Salina.
