Mr. Stewart was born April 9, 1926, in Harnett City, N.C. He was a fabrication supervisor for Boeing Aircraft.
Survivors include his wife, Erma-Filipi Stewart; a son, the Rev. Harvey Stewart; a daughter, Jeanne Middleton; a sister, Bella Mae Goins; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Maple Grove Cemetery, Narka.

Sherry Viles
GREAT BEND - Sherry Viles, 48, Great Bend, died Wednesday, June 15, 2005.
Mrs. Viles was born Sherry Bircher on Aug. 27, 1956, in Ellsworth. She received a master's degree in special education and was a preschool special-education teacher for the Great Bend School District. She was a member of Church of Christ. She married Robert E. "Bob" Viles on Aug. 12, 1977, in Ellsworth.
Survivors include her husband, Bob, of the home; two sons, Luke Viles and Tim Viles and wife Cheri, all of Great Bend; her parents, Don and Wadona Bircher, of Ellsworth; her mother and father-in-law, Don and Phyllis Gantz of Pratt; and a sister, Karen Murphy of Fairview, Okla.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Church of Christ, Great Bend, Randy Willis officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Great Bend.

HUGOTON - Daniel Joseph Weaver, 14, Hugoton, died Tuesday, June 14, 2005.
Daniel was born July 8, 1990, at Liberal. He was home-schooled through the eighth grade.
Survivors include his parents, Jeffery and Kathryn Weaver; two brothers, Matthew A. and Patrick W. of Hugoton; two sisters, Kathryn C. and Mary C. of Hugoton; and his grandparents, William and Helen Weaver and Ila G. Kennedy, all of Salina, and Lt. Col. Retired Patrick J. Kennedy of Berlin.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Helen Catholic Church, Hugoton. Burial will be in Hugoton Cemetery.
A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the church.

Donald L. Bach, 61, Salina, died June 28, 2005.
Mr. Bach was born July 29, 1943, in Phillips County. He was a self-employed contractor.
Survivors include two daughters, Corina Dean of Stevensville, Mont., and Catherine Bach of Mansfield, Texas; and two brothers, Jerry of Odenton, Md., and Jay of Euless, Texas.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stuttgart. Inurnment will be in Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.

COLBY - Philip R. Hatcher, 78, Colby, died Monday, July 4, 2005.
Mr. Hatcher was born Sept. 2, 1926, in Hill City. He was a retired custodian.
Survivors include two daughters, Pauline Willison of Shawnee and Barbara Westgate of Acushnet, Mass.; two sisters, Edna Hatcher of Colby and Vera Shull of Orange, Calif.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Mrs. Heinz was born Bette Nadine Sette on July 4, 1925, in Belpre. She was a homemaker.
Her husband, Norman "Joe," died in 2001.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen of Shawnee and Peter J. of Offerle; a daughter, Valerie Kasselman of Salina; a brother, Glenn Sette of Edmond, Okla.; two sisters, Cleo Joyce Buckman of Buhler and Wauneta Bodenhamer of Lyons; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Kinsley.
A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Kinsley.

Mrs. Kingsley was born Cecelia E. Plomondon on Oct. 23, 1919, in Plainville. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Darwin C., in 1991; and a great-grandchild.

Bertha P. Paynter, 86, Salina, died Monday, July 4, 2005.
Mrs. Paynter was born Bertha Pearl Thomas on Oct. 27, 1918, in Golden City, Mo. She worked for Eldorado Industries and Exide Batteries.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orlie; two sons, Dwight and Olin; a daughter, Darlene Bisnett; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Survivors include three sons, Bill Paynter of Hutchinson, Gary Paynter and wife Karen of Salina and Dan Paynter of Villa Rica, Ga.; a daughter, Donna Godsey and husband Jerry of Salina; a sister, Lois Stafford of Campo, Colo.; a brother, Keith Thomas of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Reitmayer was born May 14, 1923, in rural Ellis County. He was owner and operator of the Sears Catalog Store in WaKeeney, retiring in 1982.
Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the home; two brothers, Clem of Quinter and William of WaKeeney; and three sisters, Mary Aschenbrenner of WaKeeney, Anna Rohn of Colby and Minnie Kersiek of Wiggins, Colo.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Christ the King Catholic Church, WaKeeney. Burial will be in Christ the King Catholic Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the home; five sons, Norman of Omaha, Neb., Ronald of San Antonio, Lyle of Salina, Loney of Hope and Kevin of De Land, Fla.; a daughter, Carolyn Price of Melbourne, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 1988.
