Wanda M. Luttrell
LIBERTY -- Wanda Marie Luttrell, 50, of Clarksville, Tenn., formerly of Liberty, died Thursday.
Born Dec. 27, 1949, in Casey County, she was a stepdaughter of Ernest Crew of Russell Springs and the late Rita Luttrell. She was disabled and a member of Cannan Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sisters, Faye Passmore and Mildred Roy, both of Russell Springs, Kathy Epperson of Somerset and Ruth Colby of Bardstown; and four brothers, Charles, Johnny, Michael and Leslie Crew, all of Russell Springs.
Services will be 11 a.m. today at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by Clifford DeHart. Burial will be in South Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 8 a.m. today.

Blonetta Russell
HARRODSBURG --Blonetta Russell, 66, of North Main Street, died Friday at Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born Feb. 14, 1933, in Washington County, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Gladys Thompson Sims. She was co-owner of Russell Painting Contractors and a former employee of Eaton Corp. and Stone Manor Restaurant. She was a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church and the widow of Marvin Russell.
Survivors include a son, Rex Russell of Harrodsburg; a daughter, Marilyn Tuggle of Harrodsburg; a brother, Eddie Sims of Willisburg; two sisters, Anna Lee Hardin of Springfield and Beulah Faye Chesser of Washington County and five grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Larry Redding. Burial will be in Deep Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Steve and Glenn Hardin, Randy Sims, Troy Chesser, James Yaste and Tim and Terry McIlvoy.

Ulan V. Siler
CRAB ORCHARD -- Ulan V. "Dude" Siler, 72, of 40 Rector Road, Waynesburg, died Saturday at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
Born March, 30, 1927, he was the son of the late John and Macie P. Siler. He was the widower of Margaret B. Siler. He was a former employee of Somerset Oil and Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Betty Doss of Waynesburg, Melinda Sebastian of Waynesburg, Vicky Dykes of Crab Orchard, and Patricia Hester of West Liberty; two sons, Bobby Siler of Waynesburg and Donnie Siler of Junction City; one brother, John Siler Jr. of Colombus, Ind.; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at McKnight-Martin Funeral Home by Rev. Gary King. Burial will be at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery in Waynesburg.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Padgett, Scott Cook, Mike Miracle, J.P. Doss, Jerry Siler and Eugene Siler.

Nora T. Simpson
OWENTON -- Nora Thomas Simpson, 80, of Garden Point Drive, Frankfort, died Friday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Born June 22, 1919, in Dickson, Tenn., she was a daughter of the late Harris and Elizabeth Collier Ferebee. She was a retired nurse of Dr. W. Mack Jackson in Danville and the widow of Jesse Simpson.
Survivors include two daughters, Jessie Sue and Dorothy Jean Simpson, both of Frankfort; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Wiggs.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at McDonald Funeral Home by the Rev. David Hilton. Burial will be in Owenton I.O.O.F.
Memorials may go to Hospice of the Bluegrass, or to the "Books For You" fund, Paul Sawyer Public Library, 305 Wapping St., Frankfort.

Latitia N. Denney
WAYNESBURG -- Services for Latitia Neal Denney, 90, of Broughtontown Road will be 1:30 p.m. today at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home by the Rev. Shelby Reynolds. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
She died Thursday at Fort Logan Hospital.
Born Jan. 19, 1910, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary Hall Neal. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope First Church of God. She was the widow of William C. Denney.
Survivors include two sons, William Allen "Bill" Denney of Middletown, Ohio and Henry A. Denney of Waynesburg; six daughters, Mary Ruth Reynolds of Eubank, Myrtle Mullins and Allene Hodge, all of Waynesburg, Pauline Harp of Durham, N.C., Alice Bailey of Mt. Sterling and Verla Hodge of Crab Orchard; 36 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, John F. and Robert Denney; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Charles Mullins, William Denney, Farrell Bailey, Tracy Honeycutt, Jeffrey Denney and Timothy Reynolds.

Christian D. Driesler
MORELAND -- Services for Christian David Driesler, 87, of Stanford were Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Junction City, by the Rev. Paul Prabell. Burial was in Moreland Cemetery.
He died Thursday at Charleston Health Care Center.
Born Dec. 18, 1912, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Christian D. and Mary Pfister Driesler. He was a retired telephone lineman and farmer and a Catholic. He was the widower of Evadney "Dots" Kellner Driesler.
Survivors include two daughters, Doris Malady of Jeffersonville, Ind. and Mary Carter of Lancaster; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Karl E. Driesler.
Pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons.

WAYNESBURG -- Alva Sims, 83, of Kings Mountain died Thursday at his home.
Born March 15, 1917, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Boney and Lucy E. Stevens Sims. He was a farmer and a member of Pond Baptist Church.
Survivors include five brothers, Thelmer, Arnold, Otis, Oran and Wallace Sims, all of Kings Mountain; three sisters, Ethelene Martin of Hustonville and Edith Caudill and Elsie Sims, both of Kings Mountain.
Services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home by Wayne Stephens and Doug Saunders. Burial will be in Pond School Road Cemetery.
