MAGGARD, Minnie Pearl
MAGGARD, Minnie Pearl was born Nov. 7, 1944 and died Jan. 20, 1945.
She was the daughter of Serman and Elizabeth (TACKETT) Maggard.
She leaves her father, mother, three brothers and two sisters.
MAGGARD, Jane
MAGGARD, Jane was born Apr. 13, 1876 and died on Nov. 7, 1944. Her husband, two sons, and two daughters preceded her in death.
She leaves three sons, Sherman, Curtis and Foster; two daughters Laura Belle, and Willie Ann.
She leaves three brothers, Press, Bill and Harlan and one-half brother, Wilburn Estepp.
JOHNSON, Emretta
JOHNSON, Emretta was born Mar. 28, 1894 and died Feb. 25, 1944.
She was married to Alex Johnson on Feb. 27, 1879 and they had 3 boys and 5 girls.
She joined the Old Regular Baptist Church, Oct. 1910.
POTTER, Judith Helen
POTTER, Judith Helen was born Aug. 4, 1931 and died Jul. 3, 1943.
She was the daughter of Jerome and Arminta Potter.
She leaves behind her father, Jerome, mother, Arminta; four sisters Theo, Thelma, Mabel and Edell; five brothers, Ernest, Victor, Claude, Ralph and Claude.

ROSE, Everett
ROSE, Everett was born Aug. 5, 1902 and died May 18, 1945.
He was crushed by under the wheels of a motor, while working at Clincho, Va.
He was the son of Bob and Cora Rose.
He was married to Pearl CHILDERS on Feb. 14, 1924 and they had 10 children; one died at age 2 years, one girl age of 2 months.
He joined the Old Regular Baptist Church, Sept 28, 1940.
BOWLING, Sopha
BOWLING, Sopha was born Jan. 18, 1877 and died Jul. 11, 1945 due to heart dropsy.
She was the daughter of Henry and Rebecca Bowling.
She married Joel H. BARTLEY and they had 12 children.
She leaves her husband and seven children; Anna, Osa, Oakra, Oel, Otis, Ersa and Lessa.
She was a member of the Pine Grove Church of Old Regular Baptist at Lookout, Ky since Apr. 1943.
ROSE, Sarah L.
ROSE, Sarah L. was born Apr. 18, 1869 and died Jan. 14, 1944.
She was married to W.S. Rose on Sept 28, 1893 and they had 3 children.
Bessie Rose McCoy, McKinley and Earl Rose.
Her husband and son, Earl preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.
ROSE, Joseph Lee
ROSE, Joseph Lee was born Sept 15, 1858 and died Aug. 10, 1944.
He was married to Sarah Jane FLEMING and they had 8 children, four preceded him in death.
He leaves his wife, 4 children, one brother, B.L. Rose.
He was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church.
BARTLEY, Jinnie
BARTLEY, Jinnie was the daughter of Sam and Martha Rose; born in Dickenson Co., Va., on Aug. 16, 1882 and died Jan. 18, 1945.
She was married to Hibbert Bartley in 1902 and they had 13 Children, six preceded her in death.
BEVINS, John
BEVINS, John was born May 6, 1881 and was the son of John W. and Cynthia Bevins.
He was among one of the first families to settle in the hills of Pike County, Ky.
He died on May 21, 1947 due to heart failure.
He was married to Mary Jane BALL.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Edward Nagosky and Mrs. Jack Sizemore, of Pinson Fork, Ky., one grandson, Johnnie Sizemore and two brothers, Toby and Thurston Bevins.
He joined the Bent Branch Church of Old Regular Baptist 3rd Sat. in June, 1921.
YOUNG, Blanch
YOUNG, Blanch was born Dec, 1921 and died Feb, 1946.
She was married to James Wallace Young on May 14, 1938, and to them were born 3 children; James Wallace, Jr., Willie Gene and Aster Marie.
She leaves her husband, mother, one brother, Colun Ray, two sisters, Eria Mahone and Mrs. Jim Helvy.
She was a member of the Bent Branch Church of Old Regular Baptist.
BEVINS, W.J.
BEVINS, W.J. was the son of the late Rev. T.J. Bevins and Mary Anne MORRIS Bevins, of Meta, Ky.
He was born Mar. 21, 1887 and died April 21, 1947.
He was married to Myrtle ADAMS Bevins and they had 7 children.
One preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Bent Branch Church of Old Regular Baptist.
MAYNARD, Sarah
MAYNARD, Sarah was the daughter of Elijah and Mary Robertson Francis.
She was born Dec. 22, 1884 and died on May 11, 1947.
She was married to Harrison (Sonny) Maynard and they had 10 children; Delmon, Wade, Elza, Arnold, Arson, Claude, Mrs. John Bushnell, Mrs. George Stanley, Mrs. Carl Sparks and Sadie Maynard.
Her father, one sister and husband preceded her in death.
She leaves her children and one brother, J.M. Francis and seven sisters, Emma Caines, Virgie Caines, Ida Allen, Lizzie Slater, Leota, Vinnie and Daisy.
She was a member of the Pilgrim Home Church of Old Regular Baptist.
MARCUM, Okla
MARCUM, Okla was the daughter of Seymour and Rachel Marcum and was born Jan. 28, 1909 and died May 10, 1947.
She was married to Trimble McGuire Aug. 1934.
He was a member of the Turkey Creek Church of Old Regular Baptist since April, 1946.
Her death was caused by dropsy.
Her father, mother and one sister and two brothers preceded her in death.
She leaves her husband, one sister, Mrs. Tom Elswich; three brothers, Elmer, Kenny and Dewey.
