HAGERSTOWN, Ind. -- Carolyn C. Conder, 63, Sterling Drive died Thursday at her home.
Born June 26, 1937, in Richmond, Ind., she was a daughter of Barbara Soeber Crawford of Richmond and the late Lee Crawford. She was a former elementary school teacher and was a member of Hagerstown First United Methodist Church, a 25-year member of Psi Iota Xi and was a student of the Bible Study Fellowship.
Survivors are her husband, Bill Conder; one son, Dan Conder of Los Angeles, Calif.; one daughter, Christa Strickland of Mount Vernon, Ohio; a brother, Tom Crawford of Indianapolis, Ind.; a sister, Jennie Kinderman of Claradan, Ill; and one grandson.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hagerstown First United Methodist Church by the Rev. Fred Cox. Burial will be in Valley Grove Cemetery near Milton, Ind.
Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown, and the church after 10 a.m. Monday.

Juanita P. Conner
Services for Juanita Price Conner, 70, of Arnold Tower will be 2 p.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Mark Payton. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
She died Wednesday at Danville Centre for Health and Rehabilitation.
Born Nov. 22, 1929, in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Walter B. and Georgia White Price. She was an office aide for Pioneer Opportunity Workshop and a waitress at Freeland and Boyle pharmacies. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Larry W. Conner and Donnie Conner, both of Danville; a daughter, Janet C. Shearer of Springfield; a brother, Walter B. Price Jr. of Crescent City, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is after 3 p.m. Sunday.

CRAB ORCHARD -- Samuel Lee Hopkins, son of Barry K. and Norma Napier Hopkins, was stillborn Wednesday at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
Maternal grandparents are Raymond and Nora E. Napier of Crab Orchard; and paternal grandparents are Ernest and Anna Mae Hopkins of Crab Orchard.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Crab Orchard Church of God by Dan Carr. Burial will be in Crab Orchard Cemetery.

Chester H. Sims
WAYNESBURG -- Chester H. Sims, 74, of the Walltown community died Friday at his home.
Born Feb. 7, 1926, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Jack and Bertha Toadvine Sims. He was a farmer and storekeeper.
He was a member of Corinth Church of God, a World War II Army veteran and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7101.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Bastin Sims; a son, Junior Sims of Walltown; a daughter, Sheila Dunham of Walltown; a brother, Louis Sims of Harrodsburg; a three sisters, June Cane of Liberty, Beatrice Lape of Cincinnati and Mary Jett of Fairfield, Ohio; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Corinth First Church of God by Steven Willingham and Leonard Streeval. Burial will be in KP Hall Cemetery.

Jerry Madison Lee "Blunder" Wilson, 45, of Old Mitchellsburg Road, Parksville, died Monday in Danville of natural causes.
Born March 21, 1955, in Boyle County, he was a son of Melvin and Margaret Lorraine Wilson of Parksville and a construction worker.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Burchett Wilson; a daughter, Dekeelia Benedict of Hustonville; two sons, Jeremy Wilson and Josh Wilson, both of Parksville; a brother, David Wilson of Parksville; a sister, Josie Snow of Parksville; and two grandchildren.

HARRODSBURG -- Edwin B. Sallee Sr., 76, of Shannon Avenue died Monday at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born Nov. 20, 1923, in Washington County, he was son of the late John and Effie Matherly Sallee.
He was a retired miller from Sandusky Brothers Mill and Farmers Elevator, a member of Grapevine Christian Church and the widower of Ella Jane Peavler Sallee.
Survivors include a son, Edwin Sallee Jr. of Harrodsburg; a sister, Elsa Perkins of Harrodsburg; two grandchildren; and two grandchildren.

Roy Helton

J. Fred Smith

Born Oct. 17, 1935, in Russell County, he was a son of the late Irdle Gann and Mildred M. Robertson Smith.
He was owner of J. Fred Smith Trucking Co. and served in the Army as an E-7 Sergeant First Class during the Korean War.
He was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church, a graduate of Danville High School and a licensed auctioneer.
He also was a piggy back contractor and operated the piggy back lot for Southern Railway.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Carpenter Smith; a son, James F. "Freddie" Smith II of Danville; a daughter, Jenny Smith Upton of Danville; two sisters, Ruth Rogers and Elizabeth "Tracy" Bacon, both of Danville; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Cox, Sean Rogers, Mike Graves, Ray Graves, Tommy Curtis, Roy Sebastian and Freddie Smith.
Honorary pallbearers are Bob Lankford, Doug Adams, Robert Hamlin, Bob Rogers, William Graves, Roger Conway, Marty McQuerry, Marion Webb, and nieces and great-nieces.
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Wednesday.
