Milton C. Stumpf
HARRODSBURG -- Memorial services for Milton C. Stumpf, 66, of Bellows Mill Road will be 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Andrews Catholic Church by the Rev. Joseph Muench.
He died Monday at his home.
Born Nov. 12, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of LaDonna Plunkett Stumpf of Harrodsburg and the late Chalmers L. Stumpf. He was a retired truck driver for MCS Enterprises, a Kentucky Colonel and a member of National Rifle Association.
Other survivors include his wife, Catherine McCambridge Stumpf; a son, David Stumpf of North Ridgeville, Ohio; a daughter, Laura Wagoner of Elyria, Ohio; a sister, Deanna L. Schweter of Cleveland; and four grandchildren.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials may go to American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.

Omar M. Fish
Omar Marcus Fish, son of Sharon L. Fish of Danville, was stillborn Nov. 27 at Central Baptist Hospital.
He was the grandson of Anna Margaret Fish of Danville and the late Eugene Fish Sr.
A twin brother, Jaimar Mikees Fish, survives.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Hilldale Cemetery by the Rev. Richard Hill.

Dorsie L. Miller
LYONS, Ohio -- Dorsie L. Miller, 69, of Lyons died Sunday at Ohio Hospital in Toledo.
Born Aug. 6, 1933, in Paint Lick, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ada Sparks Ballard. She was an employee of Fulton County Emergency Medical Service and had worked at nursing homes. She was a member of Lyons Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth "Tony" Miller; a daughter, Teresa Owczarski of Southland, Mich.; two sons, Rick Arnold of Toledo and Jeff Gilvin of Mannsfield, Ohio; two sisters, Opal Lay of Lancaster and Mary Ruth Speaks of Lexington; three brothers, Edward Ballard, Glendon Ballard and Bobby Ballard, all of Paint Lick; three grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home by the Rev. Brent M. Pomeroy. Burial will be in Lyons Cemetery.
Visitation is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today.

Services for Ivan Lee "Boo" Murphy Jr., 64, were 11 a.m. today at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Harold Best. Burial was in Bellevue Cemetery.

Hunter D. Burton
HARRODSBURG -- Services for Hunter D. Burton, 87, of Linden Avenue will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Harrodsburg Christian Church by Don Chase and Phil Williams. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery with military rites.
He died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital.
Born Sept. 24, 1915, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late James E. and Hallie Brewer Burton. He was owner and operator of Burton Oil and H&B; Sanitation. He was a member of Harrodsburg Christian Church where he was an elder and Sunday School teacher.
He was past president of Harrodsburg Rotary Club where he had 40 years of perfect attendance, past president of Danville Country Club, and a past president of Mercer County Chamber of Commerce and was instrumental in its organization. He was a co-founder of Mercer little league football and past president of the Kentucky Housing Association. He was a life-member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He also had worked for Southern Railroad, Ashland Oil and Marathon Oil companies and was executive director of Harrodsburg Housing Authority.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Zella Burton; a son, Eddie Burton of Harrodsburg; three daughters, Susie Duhe of San Clemente, Calif., and Ann Hunter Burton and Louise Bush, both of Harrodsburg; a sister, Mary Hookway of Tustin, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Ison, Jack Coleman, Jim McGlone, Jim Moseley, Amos Jenkins and Larry Forgey. Honorary pallbearers are members of Harrodsburg Rotary Club and employees of H&B; Sanitation.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and after noon Thursday at the church.

HARRODSBURG -- Hugh "Freddie" Black, 57, of New Dixville Road died Wednesday at Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Born Feb. 5, 1945, in Cincinnati, he was the son of Hugh E. and Mildred Dean Hayes Black of Harrodsburg. He was a retired contractor and a former employee of Bruce Hale Home Improvement Co.
Other survivors include a daughter, Sabrina Stryker of Harrodsburg; a stepdaughter, Rhonda Fowler Peavler of Lexington; two brothers, Kenneth R. Black and Rick W. Black, both of Harrodsburg; and two granddaughters.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Jack Geurin. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.

Jean Fitzgerald
HARRODSBURG -- Clara Jean Fitzgerald, 74, of Harrodsburg died Tuesday at her home.
Born May 22, 1928, in New Castle, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Della Brummett Green.
She was retired from the Harrodsburg Police Department and was a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
She was a past president of the ladies auxiliary of the state police post in Richmond.
Survivors include her husband, James E. Fitzgerald; a son, James L. Fitzgerald of Harrodsburg; a sister, Louise Fitzgerald of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; and an aunt and uncle who raised her, William and Mary Huff of Somerset.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Revs. Robert DeFoor and Phil Yates.
Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jim Brooks, Larry Morris, Ernie Kelty, Tim Bryant, Monty Trower, Todd Burns and Jennings Burns.
