Ruth Ann Hundley
Ruth Ann Hundley, 60, of Carter School Road, Stanford, died Wednesday at her home.
Born July 25, 1942, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of Lula Maddox May of Danville the late Frank Wright. She was a retired employee of Matthew's Conveyer and a member of Junction City First Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Ever Ready Sunday School Class. She was a United Way volunteer and a member of the Gardening Club at Matthew's Conveyer. She was the widow of Richard Hundley.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Southerland of Stanford; three sons, Vance Curtsinger of Danville, Kelly Curtsinger of Nicholasville and Kim Curtsinger of Junction City; four sisters, Sue Gammon, Cookie Burger and Belle Mattingly, all of Danville, and Jean Burge of Niniveh, Ind.; six grandchildren; and her former husband, Hezekiah Curtsinger of Morehead.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Ernest Martin. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Frank Mattingly, Gary and Kenny Rothwell, Troy Gammon, Cecil Burger and Jerry Gammon Jr.
Honorary pallbearers are members of the Ever Ready Sunday School Class.

James H. Moore
HARRODSBURG -- James H. Moore, 93, of McAfee died Wednesday in Mercer County.
Born Aug. 14, 1909, Washington County, he was the son of the late George W. and Ollie Shewmaker Moore. He was a tobacco farmer and cattleman and a member of Harrodsburg Christian Church. He was a 1927 graduate of Harrodsburg High School and attended University of Kentucky School of Agriculture where he was a member of the Block and Bridle Club.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian Smith Moore; a son, Tebbs S. Moore of Harrodsburg, three daughters, Marie Copeland of Lexington, Jamie VanArsdall of Anacortes, Wash., and Dr. Dixie Moore of Lexington; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Revs. Don Chase and Phil Williams. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Goodlett, Jim Patterson, Terry Greathouse, Don Horn, Miller Horn and C.M. Shewmaker.

James O. Renner
STANFORD -- James Oather Renner, 81, of Leesburg, Fla., formerly of Stanford, died Oct. 25 in Leesburg.
Born July 1, 1921, in Mount Vernon, he was the son of the late William T. and Minnie Bradley Renner. He was a farmer and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice Shelton Hester Renner; a son, Thomas Renner of Stanford; three daughters, Barbara Kitchen of Lexington and Linda Cloyd and Brenda Antle, both of Danville; three brothers, Sylvester Renner of Crab Orchard, Arlie Renner of Mount Vernon and Lester Renner of Eubank; two stepsons, Billy Hester of West Liberty and Bruce Hester of Stanford; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Gentry Renner.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Fox Funeral Home by Mike James. Burial will be in Ottawa Cemetery in Mount Vernon with military rites by Caswell Saufley Post 18 of the American Legion.
Pallbearers will be Danny Harmon, Gary Napier, Danny Renner, Junior Renner, Jimmy Cloyd and Jackie Antle.

MORELAND -- Services for Hascal M. Wesley, 88, of Moreland will be 2 p.m. Sunday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Revs. Odis Clark and Jerry Wilcher.
He died Wednesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 25, 1913, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Jerry N. and Clara Hatter Wesley. He was a retired self-employed auto mechanic, a member of Green River Christian Church, and an Army veteran of World War II. He was the widower of Ruby Edwards Wesley and Virginia Wesley.
Survivors include two daughters, Murline Penn of Danville and Marcia Reed of Louisville; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Max Stephenson, Otha Atwood, Ralph Whitis, Marvin Wilson, Robert Reed, Dale Smith, Jimmy Chelf and Charles Brown.

Born March 24, 1930, in Lincoln County, she was the daughter of the late Everett Kirkpatrick and Laura Miracle Kirkpatrick. She was a retired employee of Fort Logan Hospital and a former Cowden's employee. She was a member of Mount Moriah Christian Church and the widow of Sterling G. Young.
Survivors include her husband, Samuel R. Gerlach; a son, Lynn Young of Waynesburg; three brothers, Noah, Odell and Henry Kirkpatrick, all of Stanford; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Young.

Rue Logue
Earl Rue Logue, 60, a longtime supporter of Boyle County High School sports, died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was a resident of Perryville Road.
Logue was locally known for his support of Boyle County High School sports, especially football.
"Mr. Logue represented what tradition really is," said BCHS Coach Chuck Smith.
"He played football here and he loved Boyle County football. He came to every game, he knew all the players' names, and he loved to talk football with me and we loved to talk football with him. It's a big loss for our program," Smith said.
Logue was former Little League baseball coach, and a 1960 graduate of Perryville High School, where he played a variety of sports. He also was a supporter of Future Farmers of America Chapter.
Born April 1, 1942, in Boyle County, he was a son of the late Elmer and Irene Tate Logue. He was in maintenance with the Boyle County school system. He was a member of the Kentucky National Guard and Beech Grove Baptist Church, where he was a deacon.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Milburn Logue; a daughter, Lee Ann Taylor of Lancaster; a son, Gregory Rue Logue of Houston, Texas; and a sister, Doris Smith of Danville.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Indian Hills Christian Church by the Rev. Daniel Wilson and Kevin Milburn. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jerry and Kenny Carpenter, Jackie Casey, William Graves, Larry Hourigan, Gary Taylor, James Bottom and Randall Riley.
Honorary pallbearers are members of his 1977-78 T-ball team; Coach Chuck Smith and the Boyle County Rebel football team; Dickie Mayes and Doc Norvell.
Memorials may go to American Heart Association, Heritage Hospice or favorite charity.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. today at Indian Hill Christian Church and after 9 a.m. Thursday until time of service.
