Cierra Jo Cannon, 25 days old, died Friday at her home.
Born Oct. 14, 2002, in Stanford, she was the daughter of Jason and Jessica Ray of Eason Drive, Lancaster.
Additional survivors include a brother, Trintian Lewis Cannon, at home; grandparents, Sherry Ray and Jackie Trumbo, both of Lancaster, and John and Wanda Harnes of Danville, and Wayne and Angie Ray of Moreland; and great-grandparents, Edith Cannon of Danville, Ralph League of Lancaster, Wilbert and Carolyn Ray of Lancaster.
Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at Haysville Cemetery in Marion County.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home.

Grace Carpenter
HARRODSBURG -- Grace Carpenter, 85, of Harrodsburg Road, Lawrenceburg, died Saturday.
Born April 7, 1917, in Moreland, she was a daughter of the late George and Jennie Hughes Johnson. She was a retired employee of Rand McNally in Versailles and was a Methodist. She was the widow of Pleas Carpenter.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Limle of Frankfort; a sister, Aileen Vanover of Moreland; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Ray Carpenter.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home by the Rev. Mike Hammerick. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today and after 7 a.m. Monday.

William N. Hume
LANCASTER --William Newton Hume, 79, of Nina Ridge Road died Saturday at Patty A. Clay Medical Center in Richmond.
Born May 19, 1923, in Garrard County, he was the son of the late Thomas and Iva Hardin Hume. He was a retired employee of Westinghouse Phillips in Richmond, a member of the Buckeye Fire Department and a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Lucy J. Henderson Hume; four sons, William Thomas Hume of Lexington, Roger Hume of Lancaster, Mark A. Hume of Berea and David Newton Hume of Glasgow; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Darrell Estes. Burial will be in Paint Lick Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be James Ward, Matt Hume, Ronnie Hume, Jackie Hume, Earl G. Mershon, F.C. Foley, Rayford Wilmot and Raleigh Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Buckeye Fire Department and Johnny Johnson.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday.

Vivian S. Moore
HARRODSBURG -- Vivian Tebbs Smith Moore, 92, of McAfee, died Friday at her home.
Born Dec. 14, 1909, in Cynthiana, she was the daughter of the late James Kiserand Lena Tebbs Smith. She was the widow of James Harvey Moore. She was an active partner, office manager and bookkeeper for the family cattle business and farms.
A sixth-generation Kentuckian, she was a member of the Jamestown Society, the Jane McAfee Daughters of the American Revolution, the Harrodsburg Woman's Club and the Harrodsburg Historical Society. She also was an active member of Harrodsburg Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) where she had taught teen-age Sunday school and been involved in the Sunday evening youth program and the Quilting Group. She was a life member of Christian Church Homes of Kentucky, and had been a 4-H leaderan, PTA member and helped establish hot lunches at McAfee School.
She was a 1927 graduate of Paris High School and a 1931 graduate of the University of Kentucky where she was a member of Phi Upsilon Omicron National Honor Society in family and consumer sciences and a life member of the UK College of Human Environmental Sciences Alumni Association.
Survivors include a son, Tebbs Shewmaker Moore of Harrodsburg; three daughters, Dr. Dixie Moore and Marie Copeland, both of Lexington, and Jamie Moore VanArsdsall of Anacortes, Wash.; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Revs. Phil Williams and Don Chase. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
A brief visitation will be held prior to the funeral.

LIBERTY -- William Lesco Peercy, 78, of Madison, Ind., died Friday in Indianapolis.
Born Sept. 29, 1924, in Monticello, he was the son of the late Monas and Mary Elizabeth Peercy. He was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include three daughters, Glenda Bottoms of Dunnville and Mary Jane Hatfield and Debbie Swinney, both of Liberty; two sisters, Arie Lou Atkins of Versailles, Ind., and Mary Faye Floyd of Bowling Green; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by Clifford DeHart. Burial will be in a Madison, Ind., cemetery.

Ralph W. Robinson
HARRODSBURG -- Ralph W. Robinson, 92, of Cloverdale died Saturday at Harrodsburg Health Care Manor.
Born March 22, 1910, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Kezekiah "Tinker" and Emily Robinson Robinson. He was a disabled veteran, having served in the Army/Air Corps and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Disabled American Veterans, American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include a sister, Alberta Royster of Beaver, W.Va.; and a granddaughter, Cheryl Gilv of Rossmoyne, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a son, Garnett Robinson.
Graveside services with military rites will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. James Harley.
There is no visitation.
Memorials may go to Haggin Memorial Hospital.

Ruby Lucille Fairchild, 79, of Hustonville Road died Thursday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Sept. 20, 1925, in Sunbright, Tenn., she was the daughter the late William O. and Anna Esteridge LaMance. She was a retired employee of Whirlpool Corp., and a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the ladies auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3634.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Smothers of Danville, Joan Colvin of Junction City and Peggy Eason of Lancaster; a sister, Reba Howard of Hamilton, Ohio; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Junction City Cemetery.

Born Dec. 26, 1926, in Adair County, she was the daughter of the late Gordon L. and Bertha Knight Tedder. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Collins; two sons, Darrell Phillips of Cincinnati and Terry L. Phillips of Liberty; a daughter, Peggy Purvis of Liberty; four sisters, Lyda Delp of Springfield, Ill., Okla Delp of Liberty, Bonnie Edwards of Cincinnati and Evelyne Lee of Illinois; a brother, Estel Tedder of Tula, Ill.; and a grandchild.

Julian R. Dudderar
LANCASTER -- Julian Ray Dudderar, 85, of Lancaster died Thursday at his home.
Born June 25, 1917, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late William and Lena Lee Dudderar. He was a dairy farmer and milk processor for Borden Dairy, and a member of Lancaster United Methodist Church, Lancaster Disabled American Veterans and American Association of Retired Persons. He also was a World War II Army veteran, having served in the European Theater, and a Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Dawson Dudderar; two sons, Gerald R. Dudderar of New Whiteland, Ind., and John Dudderar of Lancaster; two daughters, Cora Floyd of Danville and Betty Jackson of Cromwell, Conn.; two half sisters, Erlene McAlister of Stanford and Jane Sammons of Lexington; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Dudderar Layton.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Revs. Bob Coppings and Pete Arnold. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Saturday.

SHELBYVILLE -- Missy Louise Gipson, 27, of Florida, formerly of Shelbyville, died Sept. 19 at her home.
Born Aug. 11, 1975, in Gainesville, Fla., she was a daughter of Star Chatham and Will Gipson, both of Florida. She was a nursing home volunteer.
Other survivors include a daughter, Olivia D. Gipson of Florida; three brothers, Luke Gipson, Joey Chatham and Travis Craycraft, all of Florida; a sister, Scarlet Gipson of Louisville; and grandparents, Dr. Charles E. Chatham Jr. of Danville and Louise Ostrander of Clearwater, Fla.

MASON CITY, Ill. -- Delora L. Wilson, 66, formerly of Junction City, died Sept. 27 in Mason City.
She was the daughter of Edith Tripplett of Mason City and the late Corey Tripplett.
Other survivors include a brother, William Tripplett of St. Paul, Minn.; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Wilson.
Services were held in Mason City.
