LIBERTY -- Joseph Lane Coulter, 42, of Louisville, died Friday.
Born March 8, 1960, in Louisville, he was a son of the late Otha and Margaret Ann Montgomery Coulter. He was a welder for Kentucky RECC. He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Survivors include a sister, Kathy Wells of Charlotte, N.C.; and two brothers, Steve Coulter of Bardstown and Tim Coulter of Charlestown, Ind.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Bernard Catholic Church by the Rev. Joseph Hall. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. today at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m.

Viola C. Fee
Services for Viola C. Fee, 62, of Nicholasville, formerly of Danville, will be 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Nicholasville, by the Rev. Moses Radford. Burial will be in Hilldale Cemetery, Danville.
She died Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lexington.
Born Jan. 4, 1940, in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Coffey. She was a nurse at the Veterans Administration Medical Centers in Lexington and was a member of the Kentucky Nursing Association. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Nicholasville.
Survivors include her husband, John Henry Fee; a daughter, Kathy L. Kaba of Nicholasville; a son, William Cleatous Coffey of Lexington; a brother, Jewel Coffey of Danville; two sisters, Anna Grace Coffey and Dorothy Fay Clark, both of Danville; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at First Baptist Church, Nicholasville.

Charles W. Allender
NICHOLASVILLE -- Services for Charles Wilford Allender Sr., 77, of Danville, are scheduled for 4 p.m. today at Betts & West Funeral Home by Steve Owens. Visitation will be 2 p.m. today until time of service.
Graveside services also will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
He died Wednesday.
He was a son of the late Earl W. and Bertie C. Ratcliff Allender. He was an employee of Wimbledon Farm in Lexington where he was supervisor and a member of Outreach Baptist Church in Danville.
Survivors include his wife, Cleo "Jackie" Ward Allender; a son, Charles W. Allender of Casey County; two daughters, Nancee Allender of Illinois and Patricia "Trish" Allender of Covington; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

William S. Taylor
CLINTON, Ill. -- William S. Taylor, 61, of Maroa, Ill., died Friday at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Born July 11, 1940, in Boyle County, he was the son of the late Joel O. and Faynie L. Upthegrove Taylor.
He was a truck driver and a member of Clinton Assembly of God.
Survivors include his wife, Janet Ogle Taylor; a son, Lee Taylor of Clinton; a daughter, Mindy Taylor of Clinton; three stepchildren, Sharon Greutman of Maroa, Ill., Pam Florey of Clinton and Anthony Parker of Orange Park, Fla.; two brothers, Floyd and James Taylor, both of Lawrenceburg; and two sisters, Louise Hardin of Stanford and Doris Huffman of Midland City, Ill.; and six grandchildren.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Clinton Assembly of God Church by the Rev. Billy P. Bell.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

James E. Humphrey
LANCASTER -- James Edward "Polly" Humphrey, 76, of Lexington died Monday at Cambridge Place Nursing Home.
Born Jan. 17, 1926, in Garrard County, he was the son of the late Herbert and Emma Shanks Humphrey.
He was a retired factory worker and a Marine veteran of World War II.
Survivors include four sons, Billy Humphrey of Hopkinsville, Freddy Humphrey of Somerset, David Humphrey of Lexington and Mickey Humphrey of Nicholasville; two daughters, Joyce Hollingsworth and April Haye, both of Lexington; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca C. Humphrey.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Barry Jeffries.
Burial will be in Lancaster. Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David, Mickey, Billy and Freddy Humphrey, Gary Coulter, and Anthony and Bobby Haye.

Robert H. Johnson
HARRODSBURG -- Robert H. Johnson, 76, of Bacon Court died Monday at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
Born Nov. 17, 1925, in Metcalf County, he was the son of the late Frank and Ora Lee Gray Johnson.
He was a retired Presbyterian minister, having pastored churches in Kentucky, Florida and Tennessee.
He also was a member of the Cumberland Presbytery and was a former Synod moderator.
Survivors include his wife, Genevie Johnson; two daughters, Marsha A. Hughes of Fayetteville, Tenn., and Sharon K. Carpenter of Harrodsburg; a brother, E.E. Johnson of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Kathryn Russell of Central City; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Winn Funeral Home in Horse Cave by the Revs. James Byrd, Tom Cottingin and George Woodliff.
Burial will be in Horse Cave Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jackie and Jerry Gray, Darris Russell, Dwayne Hahn, Mark Young and Brian Kennemer.

She died Sunday at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born July 21, 1935, in Crittenden County, she was the daughter of Velda Croft of California and the late James H. McMaster.
She was a homemaker; a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church, the Smithsonian Institute, North American Blue Bird Society, and Landmark Association; and was the former caretaker of the Old Mud Meeting House.
She was the widow of Norman J. Kirk Sr.
Other survivors include her stepmother, Alice McMaster of Rosa Clare, Ill.; a son Norman J. Kirk Jr. of Wichita, Kan.; two daughters, D.J. Kirk of Des Moines, Iowa, and Mitzi Stephens of Jackson, Miss.; two sisters, Patricia A. Lester of Harrodsburg and Polly A. Quinn of Morganfield; three half brothers and four half sisters; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
