HARRODSBURG -- Services for Charles E. Allender, 80, of West Court Street will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home by the Rev. Linda Gearhart. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
He died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Jan. 10. 1920, in Fayette County, he was a son of the late John C. and Amanda Eldridge Allender. He was a retired farmer and a World War II Army veteran having served in the South Pacific. He was a graduate of Burgin High School and U.S. School of Agriculture, and was a member of Burgin Christian Church, a former member of Burgin Lions Club, an Agricultural Stabilization Conservation Service board member and a member of Farm Bureau.
Survivors include his wife, Ada Walters Allender; a son, Gary E. Wiley of Danville; a daughter, Glenda Blevins of Danville; a brother, Robert Allender of Loveland, Ohio; a sister, Sara A. Brown of McAfee; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jim Hurley, Dick Cheak, David Moore, Delbert Walters and David Dinsmore.
Honorary pallbearers are J.D. Robinson, Dean Dearinger, Steven Stewart, Mike Callini, Christian Wiley, Dane Wiley and G.T. Shannon.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and after 7 a.m. Thursday until time of service.

Born Nov. 8, 1933, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of Opal Barber Cox of Kings Mountain and the late Porter Cox. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Point Baptist Church. She was the widow of Robert E. Berry.
Survivors include a son, Wayne Berry of Stanford; a daughter, Brenda Harper of Shopville; a brother, Louie Cox of Kings Mountain; and a grandchild.

HARRODSBURG -- Services for Jean O. Milton, 74, of Mackville Road will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Paul Readnour.
She died Saturday at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 19, 1925, in Springfield, she was a daughter of the late James L. and Ruby Shewmaker Overall Sr. She was a retired head start teacher at Mackville School and a former Haggin Hospital employee. She was a member of Mackville Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Medford "Lucian" Milton; three daughters, Donna Warner of Huntsville, Ala., Beverly Davis of Harrodsburg, and Kathy Walker of New Milton, Conn.; two brothers, Forrest Overall of Jacksonville, N.C., and James Overall Jr. of Wetumpka, Ala.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, James Milton.
Honorary pallbearers are Pamela Merchant, Stacy Warner, Jymie Young, Cameron Walker, Shawn Warner, Luciana Davis and Callie Walker.

Born Aug. 17, 1914, in Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late Lionell Jackson and Effie Ray Durr Pearson. She was a retired farmer, a Mercer Dress employee and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was the widow of Thurman Stine.
Survivors include a son, Danny R. Stine of Washington County; a sister, Eva Mae Pearson Wilson of Illinois; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie S. Baker .
Pallbearers will be Danny Stine Jr., Jackie Robinson, Jeff Grigsby, Johnnie Grigsby, John Yazell and Todd Noel. Honorary pallbearers are Carl Noel, Donnie Coulter and Johnnie Noel.

Born Aug. 5, 1905, in Burtus, Mich., she was the daughter of the late Anna Marie Perrigo. She was a homemaker, a member of PEO Sisterhood in Flint, Mich., and Danville, and the widow of Luke Campbell.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Charles G. Campbell of Danville; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Miles Martin Funeral Home in Flint by the Rev. Rhashell Hunter. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park.

Born June 20, 1920, in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the late Zelotus and Ever Cooper Dick. She was a homemaker and a member of Chapel Baptist Church.
