LANCASTER -- Services for Kenneth Gilliam, 65, of Crab Orchard will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Ramsey Funeral Home by Daryl Hodge.
Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.
He died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Nov. 27, 1937, in Madison County, he was the son of the late Ira J. and Mary Jane Simpson Gilliam.
He was retired from Overhead Door Co. and had worked for Lancaster Cemetery Co.
Survivors include a daughter, Vickie Carpenter of Crab Orchard; a son, Eric J. Gilliam of Lancaster; a brother, Bobby G. Gilliam of Richmond; a sister, Henrietta Carpenter of Berea; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, David K. Gilliam.
Pallbearers will be Alvin and Kevin Brickey, Elmer Baird Jr., Kenny Fox, Michael Downs and Mitchell Keith.
Honorary pallbearer will be Ronnie Kidd.
Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today.

John Huffman
HARRODSBURG -- Services for John B. Huffman, 70, of Burgin Road will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Robert DeFoor and Rick Snyder.
Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery with military rites.
He died Monday in Houston, Texas.
Born Aug. 6, 1932, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late Mansford Ben and Ophia Peavler Huffman.
He was retired from Western Kentucky Gas Co. and was a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
He was a life member of the American Legion and a former member of Harrodsburg Kiwanis Club.
He also was a member of the Bluegrass and Mercer County home builders associations and served on the Mercer County Board of Education.
He was active in Mercer County Little League football and baseball for several years and was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Cordelia Yeager Huffman; two sons, Michael W. Huffman of Bowling Green and Robert B. Huffman of Columbus; two daughters, Susan L. Coy and Sandy Winburn, both of Harrodsburg; a sister, Margie Barnett of Harrodsburg; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Thomas, Phil Crump, L.D. Nickles, Eddie Russell, Carlos Lester, Wesley Phillips, Don Ross and Jimmy Browning.
Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Drury, Art Wilson, Cletis and James Yeager, Bill Freeman and Tom Rappley.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Thursday and after 7:30 a.m. Friday.

Maurice Tony Campbell, 52, of East Walnut Street died Sunday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Sept. 10, 1950, in Danville, he was the son of the late Herbert and Rosie Wade Campbell. He was a former owner of Fourth Street Market.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia K. Willard Campbell; a son, Steven A. Campbell of Danville; three daughters; Stephanie Gilpin of Mitchellsburg and Stacey Campbell and Angela Calhoun, both of Danville; two stepdaughters, Michelle Harris of Harrodsburg and Sabrina Black of Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren; and four stepgrandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Wednesday.

Born March 21, 1923, in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Katona. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Calvin Wiley Jr.; a son, Calvin Wiley III of Harrodsburg; and a sister, Kathleen Fowler of Harrodsburg.

Gary Chapin
HARRODSBURG -- Gary Chapin, 58, of Lexington, formerly of Woodland, Calif., died Saturday at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
Born Nov. 3, 1944, in Lexington, he was the son of Stanley D. and Imelda Forsythe Chapin of Lexington. He was a former employee of Target.
Other survivors include his sister, Leslie Camara of San Francisco.

Chris Cravens
LIBERTY -- William Christopher Cravens, 34, of Columbia, Tenn., died Friday at Maury Regional Hospital.
Born Aug. 11, 1968, in Liberty, he was the son of Elene Edwards Cravens of Liberty and the late Daniel J. Cravens. He was an assembler for Nissan North America.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Voorhies Cravens; two daughters, Taylor L. Cravens and Emily S. Cravens, both of Russell Springs; a stepdaughter, Allye K. Leland of Columbia, Tenn.; two brothers, Jonathan A. Cravens and Michael S. Cravens, both of Liberty; and sister, Jaimie M. Hamilton of Hustonville.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bartle Funeral Home by the Rev. Art Robbins. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
