FRANKFORT -- Almedia West Perkins Hockensmith, 96, of Harrodsburg Health Care, formerly of Frankfort, died Friday in Harrodsburg.
Born in Scott County, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Pearl Humphrey West. She was a homemaker, a member of Frankfort First Baptist Church, and the widow of Larry B. Hockensmith.
Survivors include two sons, Elmo Perkins of Frankfort and Raymond Perkins of Georgetown; three daughters, Betty Hinkle of Harrodsburg, Marie McPherron of Frankfort and Rosena Perry of Louisville; a brother, Roger West of Georgetown; a sister, Dorothy West Collins of Stamping Ground; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home by the Rev. Jimmy Owens and Rhonda Hinkle.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. today.

She died Friday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

LANCASTER -- Services for Catherine Robinson, 82, of Frog Branch Road, Paint Lick, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Rev. Gary Thurman. Burial will be in Manse Cemetery.
She died Saturday at her home.
Born Dec. 26, 1920, in Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Eli and Mary Todd Bullock. She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Travis Robinson; a daughter, Charlotte Baker of Palm Desert, Calif.; a sister, Ailene Eden of Mount Vernon; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Robinson.
Pallbearers will be John, Tom and Rusty Robinson, Willis Sparks, Bobby Smith and Doug Hall.

Lillian May Vinson, 84, died Thursday at Charleston Health Care Center.
Born Oct. 7, 1918, in Caldwell County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bertha Blalock Vinson. She was a homemaker and member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include a brother, A.L. Vinson of Danville, and a sister, Vera Ford of Prestonsburg.
Burial was Friday at Bellevue Cemetery.

Anthony Thomas Vernon, 21-day-old son of Thomas R. and Melanye Gatton Vernon of Alum Springs Road died Thursday at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.

LIBERTY -- Lula May Mason, 80, of Shugars Hill Road died Wednesday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Feb. 9, 1922, in Adair County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie Passmore Luttrell.
She was a homemaker, a member of Hilltop Church of Christ and the widow of Edgar Mason.
Survivors include two sons, Donald E. Mason and Dwain P. Mason, both of Liberty; two daughters, Sharolette Luttrell and Bessie Reid, both of Liberty; a brother, Floyd Luttrell of Liberty; a sister, Beatrice Redford of Liberty; 15 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, William Mason.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by Jeff Edwards. Burial will be in Mason Cemetery.

Tony Marshall
Services for Anthony Sebastian "Tony" Marshall, 81, formerly of Danville, Burgin and Lawrenceburg, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church by the Rev. Linh Nguyen. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
He died Tuesday at Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore.
Born May 10, 1921, in Danville, he was the son of the late Albert B. and Amelia Bigiotti Marshall. He was the former owner of Marshalls Spirit Shop in Lawrenceburg and the widower of Thelma Holman Marshall. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II in the Philippines. He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, He was a graduate of Danville High School and attended University of Kentucky. He was a member of Anderson County American Legion Post, and past president of Kentucky Retail Liquor Association.
Survivors include his son, Anthony S. "Sonny" Marshall Jr. of Burgin; two daughters, Carol Ann Tramontin of Lexington and Jane Marshall Freeman of Nicholasville; two sisters, Anna Izzi and Mary Morley, both of Danville; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Kristopher Freeman, Jim, Joe and Patrick Morley, David Tramontin and Jack Bosley.
Visitation will be 9:30-10 :30 a.m. Saturday at Stith Funeral Home.

Born Aug. 28, 1928, in Garrard County, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Gladys Gay Ellis. She was a retired employee of Packer Line Drugs.
Survivors include two sons, Edgar R. Henry of Las Vegas, Nev., and Stanley L. Henry of Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister, Juanita Pollard of Cincinnati; three half sisters, Georgia Wooley of Villa Hills, Wanda Lay of Lancaster and Betty Ellis of Lexington; two half brothers, Eugene Ellis of Berea and James D. Ellis of Tennessee; and two grandchildren.
