LIBERTY -- Anna May McDonald, 81, of Cincinnati, formerly of Liberty, died Saturday in Cincinnati.
Born May 21, 1922, in Cincinnati, she was the daughter of the late Joseph F.S. Crocker and Tennie May Goodwin Crocker. She was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Baptist Church in Florida.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Jo Burden of Berry, Beverly Weeks of Cincinnati and Sandra Meece of New Richmond, Ohio; a son, Paul McDonald of St. Augustine, Fla.; a sister, Sylvia J. Vilardo of Cincinnati; three brothers, James Crocker of Cincinnati, Earl Crocker of Bullhead, Nev., and Joseph Crocker of California; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by Michael Vilardo. Burial will be in Poplar Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bill Burden, Randy Weeks, John Steele, Frank Davidson, David McCampbell and Bill Boehme.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Friday.

Randy Meese
RUSSELL SPRINGS -- Randy Meese, 59, of Louisville died Monday at Norton Audubon Hospice Care Center.
Born Sept. 4, 1943, in Danville, he was the son of Hope Tarter of Liberty and the late Adria Meece. He retired from General Electric as a benefits specialist. He was a member of Parkland Baptist Church and a supporter of Cards Club Special Forces for the University of Louisville.
Survivors include his wife, Sara Harris Meece of Louisville; a daughter, Rhonda Grider of Louisville; a son, Randall Meece of Jamestown; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. CDT Friday at Bernard Funeral Home by Tom Curry and the Rev. Monty Moore. Burial will be in Jamestown Cemetery.
Visitation is 3-9 p.m. today.

Norman R. Faulkner
Services for Norman R. "Lonnie" Faulkner, 68, of Lexington, formerly of Danville, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Second and Walnut streets, by the Rev. Richard Hill. Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
He died Friday at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Matt and Dorothy Faulkner. He was an employee of Veterans Administration Medical Center and a retired Navy veteran. He was a member of King Solomon Masonic Lodge 8 and Bluegrass Consistory 46 in Lexington. He was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of First Baptist Church, Second and Walnut streets.
Survivors include four sons, Lonnie "Gene" Faulkner and Lloyd "Hopp" Faulkner, both of Lebanon, David Caldwell of Danville, and Adrian Faulkner of Raleigh, N.C.; a daughter, Henrietta "Penny" Bowman of Harrodsburg; a sister, Betty Faulkner Simpson of Lexington; a brother, Robert "Bobby" Faulkner of Ontario, Calif.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at Shiloh Baptist Church in Lexington and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church.

Eloise C. Leake
A memorial service for Eloise Childers Leake, 82, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Danville, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Church by the Rev. Bob Kirkpatrick.
Born Feb. 1, 1921, in Empire, Ala., she was the daughter of the late John and Marie A. Howell Childers. She was a bookkeeper for Leake Pharmacy, a homemaker, and a member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church, Danville Garden Club and Danville Schools PTA. She was the widow of R.W. Leake Jr.
Survivors include three sons, Mike Leake of Danville, John Leake of Las Vegas, Nev., and Jim Leake of Denver, Colo.; a brother, John Childers of Cupertina, Calif.; a sister, Eulalia Jones of Cupertina; and four grandchildren.

LANCASTER -- Services for Michael G. Sanders, 53, of Long Branch Drive will be 1 p.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church by the Rev. Steve Gallenstein.

He died Tuesday at his home.
Born April 8, 1950, in West Virginia, he was the son of John B. and Patsy Tabor Sanders of Magestic.
He was president of Christian Appalachian Project of Lancaster and Corbin, a member of St. William Catholic Church and a Vietnam veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie Sanders; a son, Michael B. Sanders of Milden Hall, England; two daughters, Melissa R. Fannon of Lexington and Kelli A. Sanders of Lancaster; a sister, Marilyn Mayhorn of Morehead; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Monk Sanders, Claude Sanders Jr., Hilman Dotson, Steve Mayhorn, Joseph Mayhorn, Richard Ginn and Jim Finegan.

ONEIDA, Tenn. -- Carl Edward Lay, 86, of Oneida died Sunday at Scott County Hospital.
Born May 14, 1917, in Scott County, Tenn., he was the son of the late John and Vanelle West Lay.
He was a retired 30-year employee of the postal service, a Baptist and the widower of Estelena Simpson Lay.
Survivors include a son, Paul Lay of Lilborn, Ga.; two daughters, Ricka Terry of Danville and Tereasa Cooper of Oneida; a companion, Marie Kidd of Oneida; a sister, Helen Poe of Jonesville, Va.; two brothers, J.D. Lay of Oneida and John Lay Jr. of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; three grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandsons.
Services are 8 p.m. today at Jones & Son Funeral Home by the Revs. Phillip Kidd and Marvin Bowling.

HARRODSBURG -- Rusty Blake Webb, 21, of Ashley Drive died Sunday in Jessamine County.
Born March 8, 1982, in Mercer County, he was the son of Randall B. and Garnetta Semones Webb of Harrodsburg.
He was a 2001 graduate of Harrodsburg High School and was an employee of AmCor Pet Packaging Co. in Nicholasville. He attended Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Other survivors include his sister, Stephanie Watts of Mercer County; grandparents, Hubert and Onieda Webb of Mitchellsburg; and his fianc/e, Erin Middleton of Harrodsburg.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by James Byrd. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Larry R. Vest
WHITLEY CITY -- Larry Ray Vest, 53, of McCreary County, formerly of Danville, died Sunday at Scott County Hospital.
Born Sept. 17, 1949, he was the son of Mary Alice Wiser Vest of Danville and the late Joseph Vest. He was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Danville. He was an employee since 1991 of OVC, where he was a quality control manager.
Other survivors include his wife, Patricia Vest of Stearns; a son, Randall Vest of Stearns; a daughter, Robin D. Vest-Parks of Danville; two brothers, Mike Vest and Eddie Wiser, both of Danville; three sisters, Diane Clark, Shelia Goode and Sandy Drury, all of Harrodsburg; and a granddaughter.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hickman Strunk Funeral Home by Eddie King.
Burial will be in Angel Cemetery.
