Jessica Lee Hinkle, 20
Jessica Lee Hinkle, 20, of Greensburg, Ky., died on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2002, in Green County, Ky.
A native of Laurel County, Ky., she was born on Nov. 19, 1981.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Sharon and Harold Curry of Greensburg; her father and step-mother, Arnold and Erma Hinkle of Rockhold, Ky.; one sister and brother-in-law, Crystal and Shane Rice of Florence, Ky.; two half-brothers, Buck Hinkle of Corbin, Ky., and Brian Hinkle of Newcomb, Tenn.; one step-sister and one step-brother, Lisa Pruitt and Troy Curry, both of Greensburg; three uncles, Jeff Williams of London, Aubrey Hinkle and James Hinkle, both of Williamsburg; and one aunt, Retha Mahan of Tennessee.
Funeral was at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. Burial was in Milltown Cemetery in Adair County, Ky. Bro. Dale Curry and Bro. Jimmy Williams officiated.
Pallbearers were Don Shuffett, Brandon Scott, Ken Jackson, Tim Curry, Nick Cheatham and Wayne Ray.
Elza Wise
Elza Wise, 71, of Louisville, Ky., formerly of Campbellsville, died on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, in Louisville.
Son of the late George D. Wise and Ermine Gabehart Wise, he was born on July 28, 1931, in Casey County, Ky., and attended Stoner Creek United Methodist Church.
Wise was in the Kentucky National Guard and served in the 198th B Battery Field Artillery.
Survivors include seven sons and five daughters, Tommy Wise, Paul Wise, Jerry Wise, Robert Wise, Roger Wise, Ronnie Wise, Donald Wise, Connie Wise, Tammy Wise, Linda Thomas and Doris Dezarn, all of Louisville, and Barbara Wise of Wisconsin; and one sister, Gerdena Farmer of Campbellsville.
He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Wise; and one brother, Dueard Gabehart.
Funeral was at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 8 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. Burial was in Jones Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Gene Shields officiated.
Eunice Milby
Eunice Adrainne Milby, 81, of Springfield, Ill., died on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2002, at St. John's Hospital.
Daughter of the late Ulysses Grant and Edna Henderson Marcum, she was born on March 15, 1921, in Indiana.
Milby was a homemaker, a charter member of Abundant Life Church of the Nazarene and a recent member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene.
She was married
to Wesley G. Milby on Sept. 3, 1939, who survives.
Other survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Paul G. and Becky Milby of Springfield, Ill.; three daughters and sons-in-law, Marlene S. and John Matheis of Springfield, Ill., Melody Ann and Paul Huddle of Azusa, Calif., and Molly L. and Richard Mauk of Girard; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Timothy Marcum Milby; and two sisters, Zelma Keltner and Doris Grammer.
Funeral was at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home by the Rev. Tom Martin. Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Velma Lobb
Velma "Punch" Lobb, 84, of Greensburg, Ky., died on Monday, Nov. 4, 2002, at Taylor County Hospital in Campbellsville.
Daughter of the late Genie G. Wright and Emily Price Wright, she was born on Oct. 20, 1918, in Green County, Ky., and was a member of Green Hill Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She was married
to Lemuel H. Lobb on Dec. 22, 1936, who survives.
Other survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Twyman and Polly Lobb of Greensburg, Dennis and Regina Lobb of Junction City and Jimmie and Paulette Lobb of Edmonton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dean and Clayton Garrison of Greensburg and Sharon and Daryl Berry of Lexington; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Dewayne and Vicki Garrison, Shelia and Don Post, Tammy and Ricky Hickerson, Darlene and Tommie Wright, Anita Lobb, Jaclyn Russell, John and Tina Lobb, Sharyl and Michael Burns and Stacey Berry; and 10 great-grandchildren, Anthony Garrison, Zack Hickerson, Ezra Hickerson, Laura Wright, Jason Wright, Mercedese Moran, Rion Alley, Kamryn Russell, Adrien Lobb and Brinkley Russell.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Elwood Lobb in 1963; and one brother and sister, Olin Wright and Flossie Jones.
Funeral was at 1 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 7 at Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.
The Rev. Landon Hadley and the Rev. Jim Collison officiated.
Pallbearers were Danny Judd, Gerald Vincent, Leslie Jewell, Man Jones, Bill Lobb and Wayne Edwards.
Honorary pallbearers were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Rollin Barnett
Rollin Barnett, 96, of Green County, Ky., died on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2002, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, Ky.
Son of the late J.T. and Emma Marshall Barnett, he was born on Sept. 9, 1906 in Green County and was a member of Jacob Grove Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was also a member of Golden Link Masonic Lodge #135 in Lebanon, Ky.
He was married
to Rose Buckner Barnett in 1931, who preceded him in death. He was married
to Jewell Samples Barnett in 1943, who also preceded him in death.
Survivors include on daughter, Coraetta Rollins of Indianapolis, Ind.; one brother, Essie Barnett of Elizabethtown; three sisters, Geneva Hazzard of Elizabethtown, Betty Alice Carter of Chicago, Ill., and Frances Williams of Lexington, Ky.; one grandchild, R. Scott Rollins of Chicago, Ill.; two great-grandchildren, Brian Mayes and Chase Rollins, both of Indianapolis; a nephew, Ray Barnett; and nieces, Margaret Barnett and Eva Barnett, both of Indianapolis, Ind.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Katherine Woolridge and Mary M. Barnett; two brothers, William O. Barnett and E.J. Barnett; three half-sisters, Cora Smith, Mary Wakefield and Lou Richardson; and two half-brothers, Elijah Barnett and Earnest Barnett; and one grandson, Michael L. Mayes.
Funeral was today at 1 p.m. at Jacob Grove Baptist Church, with burial in Green County Memory Garden in Summersville. The Rev. Louis Henry officiated.
Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Ray Barnett, James Thornton, R. Scott Rollins, Rollin Barnett Jr., Mark Moore and William Lee Barnett.
Honorary pallbearers were Deacons of Jacob Grove Baptist Church, George Cowherd, James Thornton, Jerry Cowherd and Melvin Mills.
Kenneth Osborne
Kenneth Osborne, 67, of Reids Chapel Road, Campbellsville, Ky., died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2002, in Campbellsville.
Son of the late Ben Osborne and Minnie Bailey Osborne, he was born on Feb. 11, 1935 in Adair County, Ky., and was a member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church.
Osborne served in the National Guard and was a member of the American Legion and the Pitman Masonic Lodge #124 F&AM.; He was a former electrician and retired mechanic of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
Survivors include his former wife, Jo Osborne of Campbellsville; one son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Malicia Osborne of Campbellsville; step-daughter, Misty Roller of Campbellsville; two step-grandchildren, Brooklyn Roller and Kendall Roller of Campbellsville; three sisters and one brother, Hilda Cox of Monticello, Marie Massey of St. Petersburg, Fla., Martha Ioos of Bardstown, and Wesley Osborne of Campbellsville.
Graveside service was at 1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 10 at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Jim Durham.
Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville was in charge of arrangements.
