Janet Michelle Graybeal, 35, of Reids Chapel Road in Campbellsville, Ky., died on Monday, June 14, 2004, in Campbellsville.
Daughter of Gary Pepper and Brenda Wright Montgomery of Campbellsville, she was born in Taylor County, Ky., on March 30, 1969 and was a member of Woodlawn Christian Church. She was an employee of Cox Interior.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her step-mother, Mary Pepper of Campbellsville; her step-father, Calvin Montgomery of Campbellsville; two children, Kayla Michelle Perkins and George Eric Perkins, both of Campbellsville; three sisters, Dana Withrow of Campbellsville, Leann Rahill of Bowling Green, Ky., and Gidget Warren of Columbia, Ky.; and her grandmother, Sybil Lee Pepper of Columbia.
Funeral is today, June 17, at 11 a.m. at Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home. Larry A. "Fella" Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers are Dustin Harrison, Jeff Pierce, Bob Rahill, Brett Underwood, Gary Wright, Jay Wright, Mark Wright and Mike Wright.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Beams, Adam Bland, Joshua James, Andy Perkins, Todd Perkins, Charles Underwood, Wayne Underwood and Gary Wright.
Jonathan Wayne Graybeal, 36
Jonathan Wayne Graybeal, 36, of Reids Chapel Road in Campbellsville, Ky., died on Monday, June 14, 2004, at his home.
Survivors include his father and step-mother, Carl and Wanda Graybeal of Campbellsville; his mother and step-father, Beverly and Kenny Mings of Campbellsville; one son, Jeffrey Howard of Campbellsville; and two step-children, Kayla Perkins and Eric Perkins, both of Campbellsville; his grandparents, Inez Cox and Anna Graybeal, both of Campbellsville; and two sisters, Sherry Graybeal and Kim Graybeal, both of Campbellsville.
Funeral was Thursday, June 17 at 11 a.m. at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville. Mike and Sherry Morrisey officiated. Burial was at Tallowcreek Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Robert Smith, Greg Long, Chris Hovious, Terry Allan Cox, Darrell Cox, Vernal Raikes, Shane Squires and Matthew Cox.
Mattie M. Murrell, 97
Mattie M. Murrell, 97 of Columbia, Ky., died on Monday June 14, 2004, at Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia.
Daughter of the late Willie Jacob and Ellen Henson Beard, she was a member of Columbia Christian Church, the Mt. Pleasant Community Sunshine Circle, and had taught Sunday school at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church.
She was married
to James A. Murrell, who preceded her in death on April 4, 2002.
Survivors include one daughter, Martha Brockman of Indianapolis, Ind.; one son and daughter-in-law, William A. "Billy" and Rita Murrell of Columbia; five grandchildren and their spouses, Valerie and Dean Adams, Richard and Garnetta Murrell, Randal and Jamie Murrell, Debra and Terry Wieckert and Jeffrey Allan and Kimberly Brockman; 15 great-grandchildren; Mindy Frost, Brian Brunning, Mathew Brockman, Andrew Brockman, Daniel Adams, Devon Adams, Darren Adams, Morgan, Makenzie, Meredith, Madelyn, Myles Thomas Murrell, Amanda, Kristy and Cassei Wieckert; and three great-great-grandchildren, Jonathan Alexander Frost, Brian Lee Brunning and Mason Adams.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters, Coy Beard, Golden Beard, Virgil Beard, Estella Beard and Zelma Beard.
Funeral was Wednesday, June 16 at 1 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia. Bros. Terry White and Raymond Martin officiated. Burial was in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Richard Murrell, Randal Murrell, Daniel Adams, Darren Adams, Jeff Brockman and Brian Brunning.

Deborah "Tina" Johnson
Deborah "Tina" Johnson, 48, of Campbellsville, died on Friday, June 18, 2004.
Daughter of the late Leonard Johnson and Marie Dawson, she was born on Oct. 18, 1955.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she sang with The Voices of FBC, was part of the Brazilian Mission Team and Kitchen Ministry.
Survivors include three daughters, Ladana Williams and Andrianna "Angie" Johnson, both of Louisville and Brandi B. Johnson, of Campbellsville; eight brothers, Lynwood Johnson of Indianapolis, Ind., Donnie Ray Johnson of Lebanon, William L. Johnson of Elizabethtown, Boyce Johnson, Paul Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Jeff Todd Johnson, all of Campbellsville; two sisters, Catherine Johnson and Cynthia Johnson, both of Campbellsville and two grandchildren, Frederick E. Williams III and Destiny Johnson, of Louisville.
Funeral was at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23 at First Baptist Church.
The Rev. George P. Lee III officiated. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery. Buchanan-Robinson & Purcell Funeral Home in Campbellsville was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Clemon Bell, Wayne Groves, Kenny Bridgewater, Billy Mitchell, Karo Gowdy and Sherman Robinson.

Rosa Clark, 85
Rosa Clark, 85, of Columbia, Ky., died on Tuesday, June 29, 2004, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Ky., after an illness.
Daughter of the late Edward C. and Laura Elmore Johnson, she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, a retired real estate agent and a homemaker.
She was married
to Elmo Clark, who survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Foster Wooten and Elmo Clark Jr., both of Houston, Texas, and Garland Wooten of Little Rock, Ark.; one sister, Hazel Thomas of Russell Springs, Ky.; two special nieces, Irene Groce and Geneva Lee; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Charles Clark.
Funeral was Friday, July 2, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. The Rev. William R. Davenport officiated. Burial was in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Lou Willie 'Twight' Taylor, 62
Lou Willie "Twight" Taylor, 62, of Hillview Court in Campbellsville, Ky., died on Thursday, July 29, 2004, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville after an illness.
Daughter of the late Louise Smith, she was a member of First Baptist Church and a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Haskins Jr., and later married
James Theodore Taylor, who survives.
Survivors also include two sons, Harrison Emanuel Haskins and Hearie Haskins, both of Campbellsville; five daughters, Celeste Black of Florida, Sarah Edelen, Julie Hatcher, Nichelle Taylor and Schemanda Taylor, all of Campbellsville; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Smith of Georgia and Jim Smith of Illinois; and two sisters, Carrie Thornton and Betty Hazard, both of Campbellsville.
Funeral was Monday, Aug. 2 at First Baptist Church in Campbellsville. The Rev. George P. Lee III officiated. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were William Henry Taylor, Randy Taylor, Joseph Taylor Sr., Dwight Taylor, Kenny Bridgewater and David Johnston.

Sharon Webb, 52
Sharon Webb, 52, of High Pine Street in Campbellsville, Ky., died on Tuesday, July 27, 2004, in Campbellsville.
Daughter of the late Roy Allen Webb and Jewell Garrett Webb, she was born on Oct. 31, 1951 in Taylor County, Ky.
She was married
to Roger Warren of Campbellsville, who survives.
Survivors also include one son, Adam Packard of Campbellsville; one granddaughter, Jade Packard; three brothers, Roy Webb, Timmy Webb and Kenny Webb, all of Campbellsville; six sisters, Sisie Bennett, Barbara Boils and Alicia Webb, all of Campbellsville, Vickie Webb of Russell Springs, Ky., Karen Cundiff of Bardstown, Ky., and Tracy Wright of Summersville, Ky.
A memorial service was held Friday, July 20, at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
