She is survived by 1 son-James David Fields of Kite, Ky.; 2 Grandchildren- Brittney Nicole Fields and Zachary Tyler Fields. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, August 21,2006 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel. Officiating minister will be Carlos Craft.
