Howard Hunt Sr.
Howard Hunt Sr., 90, of Perryville Road, a former leader in the horse racing industry, and a breeder, died Thursday at his home.
He was a recognized leader in the Thoroughbred horse racing industry and breeder, with over 75 wins nationally.
Hunt was a residential developer and owner of the Burley Tobacco Warehouse. He also had been co-owner of Hunt-Crook Motor Co. He attended Centre College. He was a charter member of the Danville Country Club and had been a championship bowler. He was an Army Air Corps World War II veteran. He was a Mason and a member of Oleika Temple, and a member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church.
Born April 4, 1910, in Danville, he was a son of Frank M. and Annie Martin Hunt. He was the widower of Bebe F. Hunt.
Survivors include two sons, Howard P. Hunt Jr. of Danville and Milton Hunt of Washington, D.C.; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Tommy Valentine. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Sunday.

Charles T. Bugg
Services for Charles Thomas Bugg, 62, of Bruce Court will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Ernest Martin. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
He died Thursday at his home of natural causes.
Born Aug. 13, 1937, in Boyle County, he was a son of the late Edward C. and Margaret Phillips Bugg. He was a switchman for Norfolk Southern Railway, an Air Force veteran and a graduate of Parksville High School.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Edge Bugg; two sons, David A. Bugg and Gary D. Bugg, both of Danville; two sisters, Louellen Turner of Junction City and Geni Dismuke of Danville; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Terry and Kevin Turner, Charles and Steven Bugg, Jerry Dismuke and Dwight Vonlinger.
Honorary pallbearers are Warren Jones, Prentice Shewmaker, Glenn Caddell, Rex Dawson, Randall Riley and Tuck Shewmaker.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday.

John T. Wesley
LIBERTY -- Services for John T. Wesley, 51, of Liberty will be 2 p.m. Saturday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home by the Rev. Raymond K. Brinegar. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
He died Wednesday in an accident in Louisville.
He was president and chairman of the board of Farmers Deposit Bank, a partner in Wesley Ford Mercury and Wesley Auto Salvage. He was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church, a Sunday School teacher and usher. He was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and University of Louisville.
Born April 2, 1949, in Liberty, he was a son of Beulah Zachary Wesley of Liberty and the late Segal T. Wesley.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Beard Wesley; two daughters, Jaime L. Wesley and Kimberly R. Wesley, both of Liberty; a son, Joseph T. Wesley of Liberty; and a sister, Marilyn W. Coffey of Liberty.
Pallbearers will be Gary Price, Garland Sharp, David King, Donnie Sweeney, Ronald Carmicle, Larry Wilson, Dale King and Jerry Zachary.
Visitation is after 6 p.m. today.

Born Feb. 23, 1936, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Branson and Ella Long Lynn. She was a retired waitress and clerk at S&T Market.
Survivors include her husband, Darrel Wethington; a daughter, Cynthia L. Bishop of Liberty; a son, Darrel Wethington of Liberty; a brother, Dale Lynn of Indiana; three sisters, Etwell McCrackin of Ohio, Virginia Byrd of Indiana, and Slestene Durham of Liberty; and three grandchildren.

Nora A. Williams
STANFORD -- Services for Nora Ann Williams, 60, of Waynesburg will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Sylvester Catholic Church by the Rev. Mike Weglicki. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She died Wednesday at Fort Logan Hospital.
Born Feb. 27, 1940, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Hurbert and Genevieve Enderin Link. She was an employee of BPI and a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church. She was the widow of David Williams.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Sparks of Lancaster; a brother, Mike Link of East Hampton, Mass.; four sisters, Dorothea Schlappi of Ottenheim, Mary Fiske of Columbus, Ga., Joan Marie Osterman of Denton, Md., and Rose Mary Gosselin of East Hampton; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Russell Mike, Tommy Sparks, and Tommy, Bud and Bill Schulur.

Survivors include his sister and guardian, Victoria Chenault of Memphis; a sister, Dawn Adams of Junction City; and a brother, Harvey L. Chenault Jr. of Danville.
