Georgetown - Londa Sue Rich, 53 of Georgetown, Kentucky and the wife of James E. Rich died Wednesday December 7, 2005 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Wayne Miller and Bobbie Green
Thompson of Bay City, Texas. She was a member of Victory Life Church and was a Legal Assistant at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company. Survivors beside her husband and mother are: a daughter, Kendra Hunt; brothers & sisters, Beverly Stepan, Norma Fielder, Carilyn Richardson, Marilyn Carroll, Buddy Miller, and Billy Miller, and grandchildren, Cody Rich, Holden RIch and Regan Hawkins.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 12, 2005 at Oaklawn Funeral Home in Edna, Texas with Rev. Danny Reeves officiating. Jack L. Williams 68, husband of Janet B. Williams died Dec. 7, 2005 at the Georgetown Community Hospital. He was born in Marion Oh. on March 25, 1937 to the late Basil and Ruth Persinger Williams. Jack was a retired Purchasing Agent and Engineer for Sonopress and served in the Army National Guard and Reserve for 17 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Besides his wife he is survived by a son Greg (Smita) Williams Rockford Md. Daughters Lori (Tom) McNeil Louisville and Darcie (Michael) Marshall Evansville In. Randolph (Stormey) C. Linton, age 69, died Thursday Dec. 15. 2005 at his home. He was the husband of Betty Covington Linton. He was born Jan. 16, 1936 to the late Authur Mason and Viola Brooks Linton. He was the Director of Public Works for the City of Georgetown, and associated with Kentucky Fried Chicken for many years. He served his country in the Air Force. He was a member of the Walton Baptist Church, a great Golfer. Besides his Wife he is survived by 2 sons, Randy Linton, St. Petersburg, Fl. and Scott Linton, Austin, Tx. Daughter Terri Giles, Austin, Tx. 4 stepsons Jimmy Stone, Mike Stone, Todd Stone, John Stone all of Georgetown. 9 Brothers and Sisters, 4 Grandchildren, 6 Step-Grandchildren and 2 Great grandchildren. He had 3 life long friends, Harold Cambell, and Dean Poore of Walton and A.J. Martin of Glencoe. Ruby Maxine Helton, 79, of Corbin, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at the Christian Health Center.
Born June 6, 1925 in Stinking Creek, Kentucky to the late Callaway and Lily Hobbs, she was a member of the East Corbin Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dorlene Helton; three children, Jackie Helton, Lillie Mae Cottrell, and John Helton; sisters, Amanda Brown, Bertha Hobbs, and Viola Brown; and brothers, Junior Hobbs and J.T. Hobbs.
She is survived by her children Frances Pickel and husband Bob of Tipton, Indiana, Bill Helton and wife Audrey of Noblesville, Indiana, Elmer Helton and wife Amy of China Grove, North Carolina, Junior Helton and wife Eleanor of Corbin, and Sue Rains and husband Alvin of Corbin; sister, Thelma Goldie of Knox County; grandchildren, Lori Ellis, Cathy Freeman, Wayne Pickel, Donnie Pickel, Danny Pickel, Carla Austin, Robert Helton, Rebecca Herlitz, Brian Burgess, Angela McFarland, Paula Webb, John Cowan, Charles Cowan, and Tina Bryant; great-grandchildren, Tyler McFarland, Peyton Helton, Cassie Helton, Jenna Helton, Kayla Pickel, Katlyn Pickel, Kira Austin, Cory Austin, Latisha Burgess and Tiffany Burgess; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who mourn her passing.

March 8, 1920 to the late Andrew Courtney and Anna Pearl Lacy and is the widower of Edna Mae Lacy. William was a retired Farmer and a member of the First Christian Church in Georgetown and a former member of the Hazel Green Christian Church, a Mason, Lodge 507, Member of Farm Bureau, and served on the Board of Directors for Southern States and National Farmers Organization and was a member of the Square Dance Club and help start several other Clubs. Georgetown-Ralph John Elias age 86 and the widower of Nathalie Rybka Elias died Thursday Jan. 12, 2006 at Georgetown Community Hospital. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 25, 1919 and was the son of the late Carl and Frieda Basmagy Elias. He was a retired Plant Manager for Hoover Company of Georgetown. He was a decorated World War II Army veteran receiving the Bronze and Silver Star Medals while serving in the European Theater of the War, he was a also a member of the Amvets.
